jokes pulling each others legsLike all children involved in something as a team or group or even watching TV we look fro the difference, do we not?  The one supposed to be doing his or her own thing. Pretty easy right?
We’ve been trained to spot different. Our attention is attracted to different. We are trained to see it in a blink.

Now the system trains you to spot “different” so that it can be separated out. Remember what happened back in school with the “different” kids? Whether they were “gifted” or “challenged,” the result was the same: they got separated.
Different doesn’t work in the system. “Different” kids come in a lot of flavours and require many unique programs to ensure their compliance. But the system doesn’t have multiple programs, they only have one designed for the average drone.

Part of that program shows the drone how to spot the different. The average brainwashed school kid has no problem spotting the kid who is different. From there, social training kicks in and the different are pushed to the side.
Now if it hasn’t become clear, school isn’t training for life, it is training for compliance. So when you get out in the real world, up is down and down is up.
In the system, different is bad, in the real world, different is an enormous asset.
On a genetic level, our attention is attracted to variation. We find the “different” interesting. I don’t know the scientific reason for that, but variation in a gene pool helps insure survival, so it makes sense.

Because everyone all around you is trained to pay attention to what’s different.
As a service provider, if you act, talk and work in a unique way, you have an enormous advantage. You can’t get clients without first getting the attention of prospects.
Are you showing up in a unique way?
Are you even clear about the unique value you bring to your clients?
Most people are blind to it. They’ve had that ability to see their greatest gifts suppressed. And for good reason. Because once you unlock that ability for yourself, you’ll understand just how valuable you truly are.
It’s far easier to control people if they’re worried about being “arrogant,” or “cocky” or “proud” of who they are. You can actually get people to walk around in a state of constant “guilt.” And people say hell is someplace you go when you die. For many, it’s right here among the living.   Don’t fall for it. Life is too short. And you aren’t here to be a fearful drone.    Helping people to recover this ability and

to see their unique value, is what is expected by you should you be the leader of choice.
This ability will change your business, no matter what type of business!  From a company to a single ownership you still deal with people, customers are like staff really and should be treated with respect.  This I do with members and customers in both my MLM’s   (1)   (2)  as an Independent Distributor and it will transform your life.

Most Service Providers are Great at What They Do–But Very Few Are Good At Communicating the Unique Value of What They Do.  You are the decision of your life and future.

If you want to attract a better job or anything better than what you currently have, it is important to understand how the law of attraction works.  You know that to bring in something better you must imagine what that better thing looks like in your mind, and then live in that picture as though it is here now. But you should also know that if you complain about your current job, for example, and continue to focus on all the negative things, you will never bring the better job to you. You must look for the things to be grateful for in your current job. Each thing you find to be grateful for is helping to bring that better job to you. Positive attitudes is what make’s the world go round, there in that one sentence is an extremely powerful secret for life improvements on all levels… including the level of business.
As consultant Alan Weiss quoted:  "The first sale is always to yourself…"
If you cannot make that first sale, how are you going to make any others? But wait, before we even answer that question, riddle me this: What is this that we are even "selling" to ourselves?

A guide to Network Marketing be the best at what you do.

Well, what you’re selling to yourself is clarity about what you do, for whom you do it, and why your unique approach to that doing makes you far more valuable for certain clients.
You do this, you don’t do that. You work with these folks, you don’t work with these folks. You stand for X, you stand for Y and the unique way you achieve Z is something that sets you apart from every other choice your client has.
If you’re out there wondering what the next step is, that’s not a problem, itForget all the reasons why it won't work and believe the one reason that it will  ‘s more often a symptom of a problem, which is a lack of clarity.
When you have this type of clarity, these "next steps" tend to appear with much less effort.
You could say that along with this clarity should come a commitment. A commitment to the clarity you’ve defined. When you are committed, decisions become easier.

 

Act on your own initiative, but be prepared to assume full responsibility for your acts.
One of the primary differences between those who achieve greatness in their lives and those who manage only to “get by” is that successful people learned early in life that they were responsible for their own actions. No other person can make you successful or keep you from achieving your goals. Taking the initiative means assuming a leadership role, a position that singles you out for praise — and for criticism. These can all be difficult questions if you aren’t clear on what you’re about and for whom. With that clarity, these decisions can be made in a blink.
It’s all about clarity and direction. Do you have it? Do you know where it’s hiding for you?
For most service providers, it’s hiding right in front of your face. But due to your training, you just can’t see it.
But finding it is work worth doing. When you find that thing that sets you apart, the way you look at yourself CHANGES. And just like Wayne Dyer says, that act of changing the way you look at you actually CHANGES you. Something to think  about, do you not agree?   The funny thing is this: while we as individuals cannot always see this for ourselves; we always seem to be able to see this for others.  It takes time to think about it and agree with some honesty.

The best recommendation is the one you give yourself by rendering superior service — with the right mental attitude.
What others think of you is important, as long as it coincides with what you think of yourself. If you are recognized by others as a positive person who always makes an important contribution, you will be in demand, for there are never enough such people in any organization. Your co-workers will value you, your customers will appreciate you, and your boss will recognize and reward you if you stick with it. You may not become an overnight success, but neither will you fail instantly and permanently. Make it a habit to go the extra mile with a Positive Mental Attitude. – Napoleon Hill

RE: About rejection…

A Question just for you:

clip_image002Is it possible to get rejected if you never had any interest in getting accepted?

I think rejection might cease to exist.

But if you’re not trying to get accepted (by your prospects or clients), then what exactly are you trying to do?

How about setting your sights on doing something great?

That’s really what the internet makes possible. You can do something great and then attract the right people to that.

clip_image004You couldn’t do that 100 years ago. You couldn’t do it 50 years ago (not without a ton of money to spread the word). You couldn’t even do it as easily 10 years ago.

Today, you have no excuses. The tools are there, the people are waiting. You just have to SHOW UP.

What “great” looks like for you might vary from what it looks like for me. Doesn’t matter at all. All that matters is where you set your focus.

Because when you’re focused on doing great things (for your prospects, clients, customers, the world), you take your focus and mind energy off trying to get accepted.

Are you focused on doing great things, or are you just trying to make money?

For me, focusing directly on making money does not work, has never worked, might never ever work. I will never know, because I’ve given it up as a goal I’m willing to write down.

I have accepted that, for me, money is only a by-product of something else that must come first.

Crazy you say? Actually, it’s a door to being free.

It’s about the only way I’ve found to take the possibility of “rejection” off the table.

Every moment of our training has prepared us to carry a never ending need for approval from the outside. It affects our thoughts, our behaviours’, our interactions with other people, even what we say to ourselves all day long.

But it takes energy to engage in this behaviour. It takes energy to watch if that approval is coming in. It takes focus to monitor the situation.

What if you were too busy pursuing great things to have any energy to give to that?

I think you’d transform yourself, and from that transformation would ripple a different flavour of energy through everything you touch. I dare you to try it.
