Take a look at your life and be grateful

”Today is a brand new day. A fresh start. Replace any negativity with positivity. Think happy thoughts. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Fill your body with fuel. Healthy is happy. Inspire yourself. Create. Laugh. Play. Love. Learn. Give someone a compliment. Make a new friend. Do a random act of kindness. It creates good karma. Take chances and finally start living life to its fullest. But no matter what’s thrown at you today, smile and remember, tomorrow’s always a fresh new start.” – Unknown

Over the course of my – your and anyone’s  lifetime there will have been many dark moments – moments of trauma, drama, tragedy and un-clarity. In the depths of the dark night of the soul experiences that sometimes can seem to last for several years; One can find themselves, again and again on ones knees in some way reaching out for support, guidance and a way home to peace and harmony.  Does this sound like you or anyone you know?

In my own personal life I have been advised to stay focused on the journey, admittedly I give myself these thoughts and A year from now you would wish you had started todaycomments as a youngster many years ago it was rare for anyone to be positive!! (how times change), as a child I was the oldest of 6 boys, anything they did wrong it was my fault…that’s that on the subject!!   It is more about the journey and not the destination. I have been “Self encouraging” to focus on what’s good in the moment, difficult or not the truth is that there are moments where it’s a mighty task to focus on the good!  I am not alone here am I?   I can and will feel better as many people are worse off than myself.

A positive mental attitude is an irresistible force that knows no such thing as an immovable body.
Time and again we hear stories about ordinary people who do seemingly impossible things when they find themselves in an emergency situation. They perform Herculean feats of strength and endurance, things they never dreamed they were capable of doing. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could harness that strength and make it available anytime you need it? You can — if you believe you can. No doubt you can remember a time in your life when you were exceptionally focused on your objective, a time when you achieved more in less time than ever before. Perhaps it was an impending vacation that motivated you to get everything done before you departed, or perhaps it was a “must pass” exam that helped you focus your concentration. The intensity that you developed in those situations is always available to you when you have a Positive Mental Attitude. – Napoleon Hill

I have read a lot of “Positive Mental Attitude” books through my busy life giving me the guidance needed to invoke the vision, strength or dreams of where I am going and what I want to be or do! Focus on your attention and intentions on what you are creating and continue to work towards that goal with the understanding that whatever is happening in the moment; it is going to be a wonderful fantastic positive feeling for the manifestation of that ultimate destiny.

Giving opens up the door to receiving. You have so many opportunities to give every day.                                                         Give kind words. Give a smile. Give appreciation and love. Give compliments. You can give courtesy to other motorists while you are driving. You can give a smile to the car parking attendant. You can give a warm greeting to the newspaper stand person or the person who makes your coffee. You can give by allowing a stranger to go ahead of you into an elevator, and you can give by asking which floor they are going to and pressing the button for them. If someone drops something you can give a helping hand and pick it up for them. You can give warm embraces to those you love. And you can give appreciation and encouragement to everyone. There are so many opportunities for you to give and thereby open the door to receiving.  May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne

I want to encourage you instead to focus on “BOTH” the Journey “and” the Destiny.  The Journey for anyone not just me is the place where we are receiving in the present moment all the information, guidance, gifts, blessings, experiences, lessons, and moments that make up the book of our life.

The Destiny of course is the end game – the life “well Lived”  Faith is what makes life bearable with all its tragediesthe dreams manifested, the visions achieved. A life well lived is one where you have surrendered to being made love to by life itself – those tender moments of pleasure, those sharp piercing moments of pain, culminating in a climactic orgasmic experience that brings us to a state of pure bliss and unification with the Divine.

”The moment you’re ready to quit is usually the moment right before the miracle happens. Don’t give up!”

Remember to breathe in the beauty, invoke your vision in those moments when it seems all is lost – that dream destination provides the motivation to keep moving forward through the darkest of days.   “SMILE

Remember to harvest the golden nuggets of wisdom and truth from those challenging experiences on the journey.

Remember to see each day at least one thing you can be grateful for – even if it’s just that you are breathing.

Remember to create time and space for yourself to disengage, Carry out a random act of kindness with no expectation of rewardnotice and allow whatever is to be as it is and to examine what it is that YOU really want and how you want to spend your life force.   Always Always be thankful and grateful no matter what as you have no idea how the person is walking past you at the time.

Remember to look for the angels who will come along your path at the most unusual of moments to support, love and assist you when you least expect it and acknowledge and recognize their loving ministrations with gratitude.

Connecting with people is an incredible skill as you connect first in their world because that is where they live their lives and where their interests and values lie

Remember to share your gifts with others and be an angel for those who are not quite as far along on the journey as you are. I feel this is more important than myself, one can gain everything by helping others achieve their aims goals or targets no matter who what or when!!

You never know when one kind act can change a person for everRemember to love life and let life make love to you – it’s an orgasmic experience if only you will truly surrender to it!  Loving life will be seen by others it is a gift to involuntarily passing on those feelings unknowingly..  it is also called “The power to change another persons life”

Enjoy the Journey the Destination, most of all be Grateful..

4 Ways to Manage Workplace Stress

Melissa Heisler

Workers seem more and more stressed every day.

  • Technology has created expectation of an immediate response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Short-term thinking and planning based on the focus of quarterly stock reports has increased the sense of importance for every project. We feel everything is an urgent priority needing instant attention.
  • The “doing more with less” mentality has increased the amount of our responsibilities and what is expected of us. This has created a culture of inefficient multi-tasking.

Below are four ways you can reduce the amount of stress you feel at work.

Manage Your Electronics: Do not be a prisoner of your electronics. Control how you use them versus reacting to them in the moment. When the communication pops up, you stop what you are doing, you read the email, and you say oh it’s not urgent, and you go back to your project and then another email pops up and you do the same thing. This is an amazing waste of time and focus. Turn off notifications for your email, texts and social media. Instead carve out time slots during the day to check communications. To help others manage their expectations of your reaction time, you can add an automated response to your email such as “I will get to your email in 24 hours.”

Managing Communications: When you do open your email, open it only once and act upon it in that moment. Choose to either Do, Delegate, Delay, or Delete.

  • Do: Respond and complete the request in that moment.
  • Delegate: Is this the highest and best use of your time?  Is there someone stress at workelse you can delegate this to?  Is there an automated system you can put in place to handle a specific type of email?
  • Delay: If the email does not need to be handled right now, but it does need to be done by you, add a reminder to come back to it. Don’t just leave it in your inbox as you may then open it again in the future only to delay it again. Colour code the email as a “future” and set up a follow-up reminder.
  • Delete: Does this need to be done at all? Is there really anything you need to address with it? If you find you are constantly deleting emails from certain sources, you may want to unsubscribe from the list or remove yourself from the project.

Change Your Relationship with Time: When I was working my 9 to 5 job, I would wake up in the morning and immediately go through my to-do list and what I had planned for the day. The result was feeling behind the eight-ball before I even left bed. One of the ways to release time’s hold on you is before you get out of bed say, “I have more than enough time today to accomplish everything that I need to do.” Just making that statement changes your outlook on the day. This reframe empowers you to deal with the day differently.

Simplify and Focus: Often our stress comes from creating unrealistic expectations. There are only a certain hours in the day. Manage what you expect to accomplish by having a list of absolute must-do’s for the day; not more than 3 per day. Make sure you have enough time to accomplish these tasks. I determine what I am going to focus on for the day by having a realistic list of projects I want to accomplish for the week. Remember to focus only on your daily to-do’s. If you focus on the week’s goals it can be overwhelming. Focus solely on the obtainable items for that particular day.

What is the answer to every difficult circumstance in life?

Take the positive path.

Choosing the positive path can be easy at some times in our life and more difficult at other times. When everything is going along well, when we are on a roll, choosing the positive path just flows through us as an easy, natural choice. When something negative comes along it can be far more challenging for us to choose the positive path. But choose it we must! No matter how challenging the negativity may be, there is simply no other way to bring our lives back into positivity.

If negative situations appear, you must use your will and refuse to lower yourself to negative thoughts, words, actions, and emotions. Use your will and decide that not only will you focus on the positive, but you will ramp up the positive in every thought, word, and action of your day.

It takes determination, strength, faith, and the power of your will to focus on the positive when intense negativity descends, but remember, that the Universe and the law of attraction are with you. As you focus on the positive, focus more on the positive, think of the positive, speak of the positive, and take positive and good actions, the law of attraction will give your life wings. Suddenly you will look around you and you will find that the negativity has gone, and that your life has been filled with goodness and joy.          Rhonda Byrne The Secret

Successful Networker – Invest in yourself

"To have a breakthrough, you must consciously connect with the invisible forces that are everywhere around you, urging you to go beyond your old conditioning."—  Deepak Chopra

Commit to investing in yourself If you are interested in personal development it is “Extremely important” to you . No matter what it is you want to improve, no matter what you want to achieve, it will almost certainly require an investment or will be much better and be achieved much quicker with the right investment.

Diary penTake a moment alone with pen and paper, start by listing the areas of improvement to which you wish to commit. This is the hardest part, what you already know now needs to be written down.  Do not limit your thought patterns and write down  acceptable self improvement goals, and you can probably add quite a few more to this list once you start putting your life together or even in order…

Take a look around and see what resources are out there which could help youbuild blocks goals make serious inroads on those improvements you desire, they could be a variety of things but one always stands out  “An Extra Income” more money to do what you wish you could do with a little more, time with family holidays etc. Examine them carefully. There are a lot of scams out there, but there are also a lot of diamonds if you look carefully enough. Try to find at least one for each of the areas on your list. Don’t worry at this stage about how much money they may cost. All that should concern you right now is whether you believe they will help you achieve your goals better or faster, or both.

Once you have come up with the list of investments you want to make in yourself and are reasonably comfortable that, at least for now, this is a fairly complete list, the next step is to work out how you will pay for them.  One problem many people have, though, is that after they have paid all their monthly bills there is no money left to invest in themselves.   What may surprise you, though, is that no matter how much you earn you will almost certainly still find there is no money left after paying the bills. How can this be? A Discussion with your partner is advisable

The answer lies in Parkinson’s Second Law. You have probably heard his First Law – “work expands to fill the available time”. But perhaps you missed the Second Law – “expenditure rises to meet the available income”. Parkinson’s Second Law is often applied to bureaucracies and they way they can needlessly spend our money. But it is equally applicable to personal expenditure.  The corollary of Parkinson’s Second Law is that if you look carefully at your spending you will always find cuts you can make without impacting noticeably on your overall lifestyle.

Take an income..

Once you have done this, regard yourself as your own primary creditor. You owe yourself a lot of money, so start paying it back.

Pay yourself first. Before you pay anyone else. Do not feel guilty about doing this. Every day of your adult life up to now you have paid everyone except yourself. Now it is your turn!

How much should you pay yourself? Well, that depends, of course. It depends on many factors. Not least of which is how much you managed to save off your budget – make sure at least half of this goes to you. Some coaches suggest it should be a minimum of 10% of your gross earnings. But again I stress this depends on your own circumstances and budget. Just don’t allow it to be whittled down to almost nothing!

Put it in savings and investments that you resolve not to touch except when investing in yourself.

Create a Second Income

Network in blueNetwork Marketing provides all of us the golden opportunity to obtain our dreams and goals, quicker and with less time than the job which is fine until you have to retire! Then what? On the list at the top under advice and training training is paramount if you wish to succeed with the right guidance from people who know; should be what is it you want in Network Marketing or what you want from it.

Whether you work for someone else or have your own business you should consider ways of creating a second income. You can then reserve most of this new income to invest in yourself (well, the profit on it – as there will always be expenses).   One way you can do this is to set up an online marketing business. There are some major advantages of choosing this route rather than, for example, finding an additional part time job somewhere.

Your first step should therefore be to examine your budget very carefully, with the aim to go part time once your MLM is working. Think as a business person, either an employer or your own business and you need to show a profit. Step back and look at that business as if you were the finance director, it is surprising what cuts you could make and still continue to enjoy life just as much. Fine if you want the basics in life “SURVIVAL” but to get more you need to think outside the box. Network Marketing has al you need and it is part time until you and your sponsors feel you could retire form the day job or survival income job! Advice is always accepted if you wish to move forward and who better than those that have trodden the path before you, This does not happen for any or at least most employees..

Man on stringsThe first advantage is that you will be completely in control. You can invest as much or as little time as you like. As your business grows you may decide to give up your "day job" and spend all your working hours moving your internet business forward – but that is entirely up to you. There will be no boss looking over your shoulder telling you to speed things up or do things differently. Of course, you should also recognise this can be a disadvantage – you will need to have some good self-discipline to ensure you spend enough time doing the right things. That leads to the support you will get once you have decided what style or type of business you are comfortable with and keen to expand and move forward.

The second advantage is linked to the first. You do not have to work on specific days or at specific times. You can choose when to do this work. If you wake up in the middle of the night and cannot get back to sleep you can sit at the computer and do something to move your online business forward.

The third advantage is that once you have set up your business properly it willGold Bars begin to generate profits for you even if you do not put a lot of effort in to grow it. You will need to continue doing some work in order to maintain it, so I do not believe it is correct to call it "passive income", but it should certainly generate you high profits for not a great deal of work as long as you have built it correctly.

Be aware, though, that as with any other business an online marketing business will require you to invest time and effort. Do not be misled by claims you will often see that suggest this is a miracle "instant millionaire" formula. It is not! You can certainly become very wealthy if you choose to do so, but this will not happen over night. If the “Instant Income” where true; would we not all be doing it?

You will also probably find there will be a few false starts before you get yourOwel teacher own formula right.  Ideally you should take advice from an internet marketing coach (remember your sponsors & training) who have been there and done that and who can stop you needing to re-invent the wheel yourself, especially with sponsoring and your prospects . This will be free advice as your sponsors will help you before thinking of themselves, They want you too succeed and it will save you making costly mistakes and ultimately ensure you reach your goal faster if you choose the right mentors.

Take pride in how far you’ve come. Have faith in how far you can go. But don’t forget to enjoy the journey." Michael Josephson

Invest in Yourself

Once you have started the Business you have decided to ‘do’ not ‘try’ you can   help others  to achieve the same aims that helped you, often people have their own dreams and goals but too succeed you need prospects, thus creating that second income….Spending the additional income wisely is  not in company shares or bricks and mortar. You are going to invest in something far more valuable than that. You are going to invest in yourself

The essence of wisdom is to see that there is always a solution once you realize that the mind, which seems to create so much suffering, has infinite potential to create fulfillment instead." – Deepak Chopra
