Success comes to those who become success-conscious. Failure comes to those who indifferently allow themselves to become failure-conscious.                    – Napoleon Hill

Embrace Your Intuition

Tara TaylorIf I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I’d want to pass along to others…

We are all extremely intuitive and when one understands the true function of the ego, is when one is able to deepen one’s connection with their intuition.

We receive a minimum of 500 intuitive messages a day, we have just forgotten how to see, hear, feel or know that intuitive message because we have numbed our senses over the years. We are constantly distracted by outside influences and because of that we ignore the messages coming from within and/or we allow our unbalanced ego to discount our intuitive messages.

I have learned that if we embrace the ego and start to be thankful for the ego’s role in our lives, we stop fighting ourselves and we learn what our ego sounds like and the language it uses. The ego was created to give choice/free will and perspective; our egos just want to be acknowledged. The ego does not care if you follow its guidance; the ego just wants to be heard so that it has done its job because your ego’s role is to help you achieve greatness. The ego uses words like should, could, would, how and what if.

I do not always choose to follow my ego’s guidance. I am however allowing it to do what it was created to do: give choice and challenge my infinite self. I speak to my ego with love and kindness and I thank my ego for showing me what it was fearful of because now I know what I need to accomplish in this life. Once I have gone through those steps my ego quiets and I am instantly balanced which allows my intuition to come through much clearer and directly.

Once you applied the simple steps to balance the ego then it becomes easy to figure out which intuitive ability is your strongest so that you can best understand how you receive intuitive guidance. One of the simplest ways is to listen and pay attention to the language you use to express yourself.

Do you say, “See what I mean or see what I am saying” often? That’s clairvoyance/seer. Do you say, “I feel or I am feeling that” a lot when you talk? That’s clairsentience/feeler. Do you find yourself saying, “Hear what I am saying or hear what I mean”? That’s clairaudience/hearer. Do you say, “Know what I mean or know what I am saying”? That’s Clair cognizance/knower.

We are here to fully embrace our human existence, to learn to grow and go through the soul’s progression to remember to love and be love with the help of our egos and our intuition. This is our purpose!

Remember YOU are extremely intuitive! I am with you in this moment to remind you of how perfectly connected you are and of the power that resides within you today and every day. I am a witness to your connection with your intuition and support you on your journey of remembering your greatness. I believe in you and that you are deeply intuitive. This is our truth!

Do You Really Care

.”To be successful in life requires enormous sacrifice and determination. Do not follow others, for they have their own destiny. Only you alone can determine your destination. If you fail that journey, there is a path to recovery; many of us have been there. Be satisfied with what you have and your dreams will become a reality.”

Care more than you need to, more often than expected, more completely than the other guy.

No one reports liking Steve Jobs very much, yet he was as embraced as any businessperson since Walt Disney. Because he cared. He cared deeply about what he was making and how it would be used. Of course, he didn’t just care in a general, amorphous, whiny way, he cared and then actually delivered.

”If you still talk about it, you still care about it.”

Politicians are held in astonishingly low esteem. Congress in particular is setting record lows, but it’s an endemic problem. The reason? They consistently act as if they don’t care. They don’t care about their peers, certainly, and by their actions, apparently, they don’t care about us. Money first.

”Sometimes what we learn & who we become in the process of waiting is even more important than what we’re waiting for.” – Mandy Hale

Many salespeople face a similar problem–perhaps because for years they’ve used a shallow version of caring as a marketing technique to boost their commissions. One report by the National Association of Realtors found that more than 90% of all homeowners are never again contacted by their real estate agent after the contracts for the home are signed. Why bother… there’s no money in it, just the possibility of complaints. Well, the reason is obvious–you’d come by with cookies and intros to the neighbour’s if you cared.

Most people are to busy making a living to ever put more life in their living

Economists tell us that the reason to care is that it increases customer retention, profitability and brand value. For me, though, that’s beside the point (and even counter to the real goal). Caring gives you a compass, a direction to head and most of all, a reason to do the work you do in the first place.

Care More.

It’s only two words, but it’s hard to think of a better mantra for the organization that is smart enough to understand the core underpinning of their business, as well as one in search of a reason for being. No need to get all tied up in sub cycles of this leads to this which leads to that so therefore I care… Instead, there’s the opportunity to follow the direct and difficult road of someone who truly cares about what’s being made and who it is for.

Great fortunes or modest fortunes are a blessing only when they are used in good part to benefit others. Napoleon Hill

Before opportunity crowns you with great success, it usually tests your mettle through adversity.
Adversity provides the resistance necessary to develop the strength to overcome great obstacles. This strength consists of self-confidence, perseverance, and, very importantly, self-knowledge. If you do encounter a setback, it is a clue to a personal weakness. You may have been hasty in judging a competitor, or you may have been too timid in your vision of what needed to be done. Let adversity be your guide to understanding where you miss-stepped and which qualities you need to cultivate. No one rejoices in disappointment, but if you are success-conscious, you can turn the situation into a chance for improving your character, an opportunity you otherwise would have missed. Dear Genius,

How did Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and Jesus survive weeks without food?

How did Leonardo da Vinci make advances in anatomy, astronomy, and physics that were centuries ahead of scientific discovery—and still find time to paint the most iconic picture in history?

What did people like Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, and Albert Einstein do to help them pioneer remarkable breakthroughs and accomplishments?

They all used unique meditation techniques and mental exercises.

And these days, Oprah Winfrey, Sting, the Dalai Lama, Gwyneth Paltrow, and other accomplished individuals from every background and field of endeavour do it too.

Meditation is the doorway to innovative thinking, knowing, being healthy, finding calm inner strength, and… quite frankly… living happily, productively, and abundantly in this world.

And—contrary to what you may think—you can do it almost anywhere… even when you’re driving!

You’ve probably heard this before…

Every answer you seek is already inside your mind.

If that is true (and, based on the amazing benefits listed above, I believe it is), how do you get to those answers and insights when you need them?

If the genuine solutions and guidance you need are already in your mind, why are they sometimes so darn difficult to find?

On the other hand…

As hard as it can be to access this genuine information, every now and then the knowledge and insights just come to you like magic.

Why doesn’t that happen more often? Or, more importantly, how can you make it happen at your command?

The reason you get stuck has little to do with what’s in your mind.

The problem is with what’s not in your mind.

What your brain does normally

The electrical activity of the brain is measured in terms of “waves.” That means if you hook your head up to a machine that measures the electrical output of your brain, you’ll see it form a wave on the screen.

Your brain produces five basic types of waves. They’re called Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. While this sounds like a college fraternity, it’s really a measure of how fast or slow your brain is working at any given time.

Now here’s where what’s not in your brain comes in…

During most of the day when you’re working, texting, emailing, driving, or doing anything active, your brain waves are primarily in a Beta pattern.

But, if you want to find a creative solution to a problem or receive insights or breakthrough ideas on a challenge you’re facing, your brain needs to slow down to a Theta, Alpha, or Theta-Alpha pattern. These types of patterns occur when you’re drowsy, relaxed, and reflective (but not sleepy), or in a state in which a silent current of thoughts, images, and memories emerge spontaneously in your mind.

The problem is, with updates and news coming at you by the minute, and distractions and temptations just a keystroke away, it can be very difficult to achieve these slower brainwave patterns during the course of a normal day.

The result? You often feel overwhelmed and off-balance.

The doorway to breakthrough thinking

How can you slow down your brain waves even when you’re surrounded by chaos and stimulation?

By doing what Jesus, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, and many other brilliant individuals have done:

Develop your mental focus.

Mental focus enables you to shut out the noise that almost always surrounds you and to get calm in the ce of the storm. It is the single best tool you have for releasing the power of your mind and allowing the answers, breakthroughs, and insights you seek to be heard.

The best way to develop laser-sharp focus is to meditate. Meditation—in all its various forms—is supported by decades of scientific research and backed up by centuries of real-life experiences. It is proven to help you let go of all the content that generally occupies your consciousness by slowing down your brain waves. With your mind clear, you can access the knowledge that’s locked inside.

The fastest way to access the miraculous haven
inside your mind

At Nightingale-Conant, it has been our pleasure to work with some of the most incredible minds of our generation. After a while, we started to notice a common thread between many of our most successful authors…

The most successful, happy, and well-balanced people all have the power to focus their minds. By developing a focused mind, these individuals have been able to rise to incredible levels of achievement in just about every field.

But, slowing down your brain waves to have a focused mind can be challenging—even for the experts! That’s especially true with the stresses and constant stimulation of modern life. Now, more than ever, you need to develop ways to gain instant access to the calm, all-knowing haven that’s inside your mind.

And that’s why we’re so excited to introduce a brand-new comprehensive program called Focused Mind, Powerful Mind: Releasing Your Mind’s Greater Powers with Advanced Meditation Techniques.

It’s an advanced mind-training program that combines meditation and mental exercises in a whole new way so you can develop laser-sharp focus like some of the greatest thinkers of all time and perform as never before…

Identifying your GOALS

Goals are like magnets

Identifying Your Goals

I have spoken about goals often in my blogs, I hope they are as important to you s they are to me..  They are a part of our lives FOR EVER!

Many people have stalled goals, so I am sure this was very helpful to many people.  But also many people don’t really have "proper" goals at all.

How about you?  What are your main goals?  Not goals for your business (whether it belongs to you or you are simply an employee).  Not goals you have for others (your partner or your children for example).  Yes, you need business and family goals, but you also need real personal goals.  So what are your personal goals?

At this point I know I will have lost some of my readers, as when they look at their stated goals they realize they don’t have any personal goals, just goals for others.  If you are in that group, bear with me.

Now let’s have a look at those personal goals and see how real they are.

Determination Desire Goals etcFirstly, hands up those who gave a monetary goal.  Perhaps an amount of money in the bank (maybe £1Mllion?).  Or a regular amount you want to receive every month or every year?  If your hand is up, let me be a bit controversial.  What you have isn’t a real goal at all!  It may be a way you can achieve the goal, but it isn’t a goal in itself.  Unfortunately, though, many people try to turn this means to an end into the end itself.  Wanting to gain a certain amount of money in order to achieve an end goal is not a bad thing.  But wanting to gain that money with no other aim other than simply to have the money is not a good thing.  Not a good thing at all!

If you felt your goal was a certain amount of money, I would like you to start digging deeper.  Why do you want that money?  What will you use it for?  What will it change in your life?  Whatever answers you get to those questions, as long as those answers inspire you, then those are your real goals, not the money.  Some people will probably feel I am splitting hairs here, and that it doesn’t matter what you want the money for, that first you want to get the money and then you can decide how to use it.  You could not get further from the truth!  Your goal has to inspire you.  It has to be a real goal.  Money is NOT a real goal.  It doesn’t hurt to include it as one of your goals, but only as a minor goal and not your main target.

This is a fine world for the person who knows precisely what he or she expects from life and is busy getting it.
We are happiest when we are striving to achieve a goal. When we achieve one goal, it’s a natural human tendency to set another, usually bigger, one. W. Clement Stone calls it inspirational dissatisfaction — the let own one experiences after a goal has been achieved and before the next step toward a new one has been taken. When you begin to experience that nagging feeling, it’s time to get into action! Make sure you have a long-range plan in place so that when one short-term goal has been achieved, there is a natural progression toward the next. Napoleon Hill

The reality is that although money can be used to get whatever it is you want to have, it is not usually the only possible way to get it.  Maybe it is the most likely way – it probably is.  But it is not the ONLY way.  And on the basis of that well-known quote "the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil" (1 Timothy 6:10) I urge you not to put your main emphasis on simply acquiring wealth without knowing why you want to acquire it and exactly how you plan to use it.

Many people, when they first realize the mistake they have made in confusing wealth and their real goals, suddenly find they have true goals that they didn’t really recognize before.  Goals that really excite them.  And even in some cases goals that don’t need any greater wealth for them to be achievable.

Through the harmony and ultimately the balance of the feminine energy, of that goddess energy, you will unlock the Vortex of Power that lies within. – Lazaris

Secondly, hands up those who gave what, frankly, they would consider an unrealistic goal.  Often this mistake is compounded by being a monetary goal too.  Back to our £ Million in the bank account when, perhaps, you have a minimum wage job and no more money in your account than is needed for this month’s expenses.  Whether the unrealistic goal is a monetary goal or not, if you see it as unrealistic you should modify it.

Notice I have said "if you see it as unrealistic".  Not "if it is unrealistic".  The key factor here is what you truly believe is possible, not what IS possible.  I happen to believe that everything is possible.  But that doesn’t mean I will try working towards goals that I know make me flinch when I state them, with an inner belief that this is not achievable for me yet.  Everything is possible, but many of those possibilities are an end goal that seems too far away to excite us into trying to achieve it now.

Your thoughts ceate your futureIdentify your personal goals, examine them, ensure they excite you, and ensure they don’t elicit from you an immediate reaction that they are not possible.  As a result of this examination, don’t be afraid to change those goals.  Your goals should always be evolving anyway.  The goals you have today are most unlikely to be the same goals you had five years ago, and are just as unlikely to be the same goals you will have in five years’ time.  If you didn’t immediately come up with any goals, then now is the time to try finding some.  Identify real personal goals and, trust me, you will find your life is more meaningful – and the meaning will make you happier.

Work towards real, personal goals, and as you move closer to them and achieve some of them, replace them with other, perhaps more ambitious goals.

The power is from within, the choice is yours

Think! Be the Best You Can Be Before Helping Others.

A positive mental attitude is an irresistible force that knows no such thing as an immovable body.
Time and again we hear stories about ordinary people who do seemingly impossible things when they find themselves in an emergency situation. They perform Herculean feats of strength and endurance, things they never dreamed they were capable of doing. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could harness that strength and make it available anytime you need it? You can — if you believe you can. No doubt you can remember a time in your life when you were exceptionally focused on your objective, a time when you achieved more in less time than ever before. Perhaps it was an impending vacation that motivated you to get everything done before you departed, or perhaps it was a “must pass” exam that helped you focus your concentration. The intensity that you developed in those situations is always available to you when you have a Positive Mental Attitude. – Napoleon Hill

Think! Be the Best You Can Be Before Helping Others.
When you develop a Positive Mental Attitude, you immediately set yourself apart from the crowd, you feel better, healthier and stronger. You become a leader because positive thinking leads to positive action, while negative thinking leads you in the wrong direction! When you take the initiative, others will follow simply because they like to associate with people who know where they are going.

In order to lead, however, you must first be willing to discipline yourself, be honest and open. The first rule of leadership is never to ask others to do what you are unwilling to do yourself. You can lead only by example. Being a leader requires you to work harder and longer than the others and proving you are the master of your own destiny. Be all that you are and all you can be!

To share your passion in helping others to achieve their desires not yours! Training is important No One went to work before going to school.

Be in business for yourself but not by yourself, have the freedom working from home and not a slave to the pay packet, you deserve better! You deserve the income we all dream of; it’s not just for the Entrepreneurs’ of the past but of the future! Not everyone can be a Richard Branson or The Sultan of Brunei; they amassed their wealth in different ways one from Royalty and one from hard work and faith in one’s own ability! They both have a gift! Why not you? Are you willing to be: a pupil, to be taught, patient, understanding and ready to live your dreams and desires?
