Never Give up

Most people can manifest the small things quickly. This is because they do not have any resistance around the small things, and because they don’t think thoughts that contradict them. When it comes to the bigger things, however, people often emit thoughts of doubt or worry that contradict those bigger things. This is the only difference in terms of the time it takes for something to manifest. Nothing is big or small for the Universe. May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne

Don’t give up (you’re on the right track)

Wrestling with a puzzle, a project or a problem, the likeliest reason to give up is the belief that it can’t be done. What’s the point of persevering if it’s actually impossible to succeed?

"It can’t be done," we say, throwing up our hands. Not "I can’t do it," or "It’s not worth my time," but "It can’t be done."

In the year after Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile, the record was broken again and again. Once people realized it could be done, it wasn’t an impossible task any longer. And that’s why there’s a flood of tablets on the market, many from companies that had what they needed to build the first one, but didn’t until Apple showed them the way.

Two things you might take away from this: First, there’s solace in finding someone who has done it before, whatever "it" is you’re trying to do. Knowing that it’s possible and studying how it was done can’t help but increase the chances you’ll stick it out.

Second: huge value accrues to the few able to actually do a thing for the very first time.

A personal success plan:

· Crystallise your thinking with written plans & dead lines

· Burning desire Dream & Never Give Up

· Supreme self confidence

· People who are comfortable never take action, People who are uncomfortable take Massive Action

It does not matter right now Is a direct result of everything you have ever done & everything you have ever thought!

10 things to do and be effective

An advantage we all have is the ability to control what we do each day. We can improve our productivity, or not! You decide.  In too many cases, we are the only ones who know when we are falling short of our best level of performance. It’s no surprise that many managers have no idea  regarding the difference between mediocrity and excellence.

clip_image001Effective people have the Key to the secret of success, which is to “Take Action”  Like many of the top performers!    You must keep your driving the pace until  you take flight.

Here are 10 things that effective people do

clip_image003

  • Starting early. Sam Walton arrived to work at 3 am. Perhaps a little early for many of us, but we need to get an early start. “The early Bird”
  • Accepting good and bad news as part of moving on!  As you progress up the ladder, you will be in the line of fire, so remember who you pass on the way up!  Because what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.
  • Having a long term perspective. Never thinking about short term gains, thus focusing on building a strong successful foundation success.
  • Avoiding the petty and uninteresting information.  It is counterproductive to spread rumours, be disrespectful or talk bad about colleagues and never criticizing management. Its much better to focus on the task ahead and the results it will bring.
  • Always be professional. Do not lose control. You want others to describe you as a “professional person.” This is the compliment we all strive for thus reaching an important milestone.
  • Focusing on the key areas that bring the results you are aiming for!  At the next meeting, observe and study the leaders of your organization and how they focus on what the important issues are. They have the ability to identify the problems as the professionals they are.
  • Treating others with respect, we are not better, but we have a different look on matters and may have accomplished more in certain areas, we must always appreciate what others bring to the table.
  • Be humble, we do not know everything. We must be open to working in teams.  When we put our minds together, we can tackle enormous projects, which lead to huge benefits for the organization.
  • Confront problems!  Address immediately. Those who are excellent performers are aware of small problems and prevent them from escalating. Taking a proactive approach is preferred.
  • Be committed to sharing the wealth and knowledge. Rewarding those who do well, as we are not solely responsible for the huge accomplishments. Be humble, and praise others publicly and privately when they contribute to our goals and initiatives.
  • Successful people are extraordinary in the sense that they understand the importance of knowledge, commitment, and humility. The process to greatness is well established but realizing it requires significant effort.

"Remember that no matter what the difficulty is, no matter where it is, no matter who is affected, you have no patient but yourself; you have nothing to do but convince yourself of the truth which you desire to see manifest."    Charles Haanel

Do you ever ask yourself,

“Is it really worth it?”

Or

“What do ‘I’ want (and deserve)?”

These questions may be easy for you to ask, but… for some of us others, they can be a little painful.

We all hit a time or two (or 10) in our lives when we really have to sit down, get centred, and ask ourselves if what we’re doing in life is what we really want (and more importantly, what we really deserve).

Sometimes we just need to ask ourselves,

  • “Do I enjoy my life – day in and day out?”
  • “Am I happy with my job/career?”
  • “Am I making a difference?”

While it may be tough, asking these questions can be powerful, life changing, and even a bit scary.

Getting brutally honest with ourselves isn’t always easy — but what’s great, is it almost always leads to more self-discovery and pushing ourselves to higher levels.

This is a good thing 🙂

This is what allows us to grow.

This is what brings positive change to our lives.

So, if you find yourself asking these questions and you’re not happy with the answers, then I’ would like you to consider something…Contemplating what you are greatful for in your life will always rebalance your emotions

  • What if it’s time to make a change?
  • What if there IS something better waiting for you (right around the corner)?
  • What if you just need the right opportunity – at the right time?
  • What if…?

What I am referring to is something real. Something truly life-changing.

And… it’s certainly not for everyone.

But if you do choose to take the journey I’m going to tell you about, your life will be forever changed… for the better 🙂

  • Choosing to serve others!
  • Working every day to make someone else’s life better.
  • And in return, your life gets better, 10 fold.
  • What if you actually got paid to do this?
  • What if you got paid A LOT of money to do this (not that money is the main motivation, but it does help)?
  • What if this is exactly what you’ve been searching for?
  • What if…?

“Finding and doing what you LOVE — every single day!”Abundance is a positive motion that creates energy

That’s it. That’s what life’s about.

To doing what you love – every day,

Consider this: A lot of people have knowledge about something… and if they shared it with others, they could get paid for it. You can influence, help and impact other peoples’ lives while working on your own terms and without having to sacrifice your happiness.

“We cannot get what we’ve never had, unless we’re willing to do what we’ve never done.”—Brian Tracy

The question:
"So how does one become chased?"
The answer is to become someone worthy of being chased. To have something people deem worthy of pursuit.

People are attracted to someone who IS somebody, who’s DOING things, who’s GOING places.   If you go places  or not if you travel or not,  If you do not go out or travel look else where here to concentrate on.  Doing things and BEING someone that stands for something.   So how do you do that? You reverse engineer it. You start with who you are trying to serve and work backwards to you.

“You get the best efforts from others not by lighting a fire beneath them, but by building a fire within.” –Bob Nelson

Smiling Group of Professionals --- Image by © Royalty-Free/CorbisObviously, you can’t do any of this work disconnected from the WHO you are trying to attract. That’s where ALL of your answers are hiding. So if you’re not even clear on your target client, that’s step 1. You can’t do the rest of this if you have no idea who you are trying to appeal to.
Who do you want to help?
Once you’ve got your target (i.e. cosmetic dentists), then you start from there and work backwards.

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are." – John Wooden

To start may I suggest as the first thing is to build your platform. That’s some Social Media coloured groupsort of publication that connects you with this target market; this could be businesses or residential. The reason you start there is because, frankly, no one KNOWS the right things for you to do. But the Platform can bring those answers to you. It buys you time, it produces clues (in the form of feedback) and it gives you a mechanism that can actually build MOMENTUM in your client attraction.   Feed back comes from support guidance and knowledge of who you are seeking or type of business…..

Most people want to have a Platform, fewer people want to build one. This is the difference between a doer and a thinker.  It is the Same with writing a book. Everyone wants to have written one, few folks want to write one.

build blocks goalsGet the Platform going, and you will be WAY ahead of others in terms of dialling into your market. It’s the understanding you are after. To get that, you give first. In addition to understanding, you receive trust, credibility, respect and a unique positioning in the marketplace. Oh… and it’s not too hard to transform those things to money. Build your Platform.  blocks are building goals to your end result, this is your choice but it works.  It is no different with any type of business even my (MLM) “Network Marketing” it is still a business and we target everyone and small SME’s but without the guidance we would fail, My guide to start is a network marketing book, this link will give you a start

Life is The Sum of All Our Choices – Albert Camus

Successful Networker Wealth and Riches = an Abundant Life, Your Life!

Do you have The Right to be Rich? ask yourself this, if  not Why Not. “Life is the sum of all your choices”

Living a life that matters does not happen by accident circumstances but of choice

Wallace D Wattle’s wrote a book on "The Science of Getting Rich" it was written in 1910, it is believed to have inspired Napoleon Hill to write "Think and Grow Rich".  It was also the original inspiration for the book and film "The Secret".

No-one is destined to live a life of poverty, because each of us has the ability to change everything in this life. The law of attraction is the law of creation, and it allows each person to create the life they want. Every person has their own unique circumstances to overcome, but every single person has the opportunity to achieve anything – and change everything.  May the joy be with you,    Rhonda Byrne

One of the biggest stumbling blocks most of us have when trying to become wealthier is a subconscious belief that we do not deserve wealth, or even a feeling of guilt about wanting to be rich.

Wattles addressed this issue in the first chapter of his book, so here is

Gold BarsGold Bars[4] The Right To Be Rich

"Whatever may be said in praise of poverty, the fact remains that it is not possible to live a really complete or successful life unless one is rich. No one can rise to his greatest possible height in talent or soul development unless he has plenty of money, for to unfold the soul and to develop talent he must have many things to use, and he cannot have these things unless he has money to buy them with.

A person develops in mind, soul, and body by making use of things, and society is so organized that we must have money in order to become the possessors of things. Therefore, the basis of all advancement must be the science of getting rich.

The object of all life is development, and everything that lives has an inalienable right to all the development it is capable of attaining.

A person’s right to life means his right to have the free and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary to his fullest mental, spiritual, and physical enfoldment; or, in other words, his right to be rich.

In this book, I shall not speak of riches in a figurative way. To be really rich does not mean to be satisfied or contented with a little. No one ought to be satisfied with a little if he is capable of using and enjoying more. The purpose of nature is the advancement and enfoldment of life, and everyone should have all that can contribute to the power, elegance, beauty, and richness of life. To be content with less is sinful.

The person who owns all he wants for the living of all the life he is capable of living is rich, and no person who has not plenty of money can have all he wants. Life has advanced so far and become so complex that even the most ordinary man or woman requires a great amount of wealth in order to live in a manner that even approaches completeness. Every person naturally wants to become all that they are capable of becoming. This desire to realize innate possibilities is inherent in human nature; we cannot help wanting to be all that we can be. Success in life is becoming what you want to be. You can become what you want to be only by making use of things, and you can have the free use of things only as you become rich enough to buy them. To understand the science of getting rich is therefore the most essential of all knowledge.

There is nothing wrong in wanting to get rich. The desire for riches is really the desire for a richer, fuller, and more abundant life – and that desire is praiseworthy. The person who does not desire to live more abundantly is abnormal, and so the person who does not desire to have money enough to buy all he wants is abnormal.

LifeThere are three motives for which we live: We live for the body, we live for the mind, we live for the soul. No one of these is better or holier than the other; all are alike desirable, and no one of the three – body, mind, or soul – can live fully if either of the others is cut short of full life and expression. It is not right or noble to live only for the soul and deny mind or body, and it is wrong to live for the intellect and deny body or soul.

We are all acquainted with the loathsome consequences of living for the body and denying both mind and soul, and we see that real life means the complete expression of all that a person can give forth through body, mind, and soul. Whatever he can say, no one can be really happy or satisfied unless his body is living fully in its every function, and unless the same is true of his mind and his soul. Wherever there is unexpressed possibility or function not performed, there is unsatisfied desire. Desire is possibility seeking expression or function seeking performance.

A person cannot live fully in body without good food, comfortable clothing, and warm shelter, and without freedom from excessive toil. Rest and recreation are also necessary to his physical life.

One cannot live fully in mind without books and time to study them, without opportunity for travel and observation, or without intellectual companionship.

To live fully in mind a person must have intellectual recreations, and must surround himself with all the objects of art and beauty he is capable of using and appreciating.

To live fully in soul, a person must have love, and love is denied fullest expression by poverty

Faith is a combination of thoughts and actions.
When you apply your faith in yourself, your faith in your fellow man, and your faith in God, the result is a positive course of action that when persistently followed will almost always lead to success. When you believe in your ideas and in your abilities, and you trust in the Infinite Intelligence of the universe, you know that your thoughts and deeds will ultimately lead to a successful conclusion. You cannot fail. – Napoleon Hill

A person’s highest happiness is found in the bestowal of benefits on those he loves; love finds its most natural and spontaneous expression in giving. The individual who has nothing to give cannot fill his place as a spouse or parent, as a citizen, or as a human being. It is in the use of material things that a person finds full life for his body, develops his mind, and unfolds his soul. It is therefore of supreme importance to each individual to be rich.

It is perfectly right that you should desire to be rich. If you are a normal man or woman you cannot help doing so. It is perfectly right that you should give your best attention to the science of getting rich, for it is the noblest and most necessary of all studies. If you neglect this study, you are derelict in your duty to yourself, to God and humanity, for you can render to God and humanity no greater service than to make the most of yourself."
