Develope yourself

Change your mental attitude, and the world around you will change accordingly.
Your world will become what you choose to make it. You can reach great heights of success, or you can settle for a miserable life that is devoid of hope. The choice is yours. When you choose a positive course, you set in motion an unstoppable force that will allow you to have a fulfilling career, the love of your family and friends, good physical and mental health, and all of the other true riches of life. To change your world, you must change it from the inside out. You must begin with yourself. When you choose the course that puts your life on a positive track, you will change your life for the better, and you will also positively influence the people with whom you come in contact.            Napoleon Hill

Develop your core self.
‘ ‘Human beings are the only creatures who do not mature automatically. A baby chick has no choice but to turn into a chicken. But the world is full of people stuck in childhood and adolescence, no matter how old they happen to be. For us, to mature is a decision: Adulthood is an achievement, one that requires—and results in—personal power.
This can takes decades, but it starts with a vision of the "core self." This is the part of you that connects to reality, placing you at the centre of experiences that you personally create. To have a core self is to be the author of your own story; it is the exact opposite of being a victim, who must live a life authored by others.

Powerful thinking creates a powerful energy in your life, but it all starts with a powerful heart “Heart Set” which creates a “Powerful Mind Set”

Align yourself with the flow of evolution, or personal growth.
Once you establish your core self as a goal, your path will unfold and you will evolve. This evolution is wobbly at first; everyone has at least some elements of ignorance and immaturity. But’ ‘thanks to free will, you can help guide your own evolution. The simple fact is that we all desire more and better things for ourselves. If those more and better things are good for our growth, then we are guiding our own positive and powerful evolution. In India they make a distinction between dharma and adharma. Dharma includes whatever naturally upholds life: happiness, truth, duty, virtue, wonder, worship, reverence, appreciation, nonviolence, love, self-respect. On the other hand, adharma consists of choices that do not support life naturally: anger, violence, fear, control, dogmatism, scepticism, unvirtuous acts, prejudice, addiction, intolerance, and unconsciousness in general.
For our purposes, dharma is the ultimate power. It easily supports you, a single individual. What is asked of you is that you honestly look at your everyday life and the choices you are making. Ask yourself how to increase the dharmic
choices and decrease the adharmic ones.

You learn in life that the only person you can really correct and change is yourself.   You never achieve real success unless you like what you are doing.    Your own mind is a sacred enclosure into which nothing harmful can enter except by your permission.  Stan Billue

Trust in a power that transcends everyday reality.
Nothing described so far will come true without a higher reality. For the moment, let’s leave aside religion and any reference to God. Fortunately, to have even a speck of consciousness is to be connected to the finite consciousness that supports life, evolution, creativity, and intelligence. None of these things are accidental or a privilege handed out to the lucky few.
To use a metaphor, imagine that you are caught in a net. All nets have holes, so find one, and jump through it. I’ve known wives of abusive husbands who found a hole through, say, learning to paint. For them, it was an escape route, and as they made art, their thinking changed from "I am trapped and can do nothing" to "I must be worth more than I imagined, because look at this beautiful thing I created." Escape routes exist along the qualities hidden in consciousness. They include:
Creativity. Go beyond by discovery and exploration. This leads to insight. Your inner vision clears. You start to see glimmers of light through the fog of your situation. Something more beautiful starts to attract you, and you want to go toward it.
Intelligence. Let your mind lead the way. You start having newer, more exciting thoughts than the old habitual ones you’ve been following. Beliefs are challenged. New points of view attract you, so you move toward them. You’ll want to expand your mind in place of living behind defences and boundaries.
Love and compassion. Discover that you can forgive yourself and others. Fantasies of hurt and revenge are replaced with emotional softening. You see that there is untapped love around you, so you move toward it. The fact that you desire to love and be loved starts to motivate you, without excuses about being unworthy.
Quantum leaps. Notice—and learn—when you have an epiphany, a moment of dramatic awakening. These are the great "aha" experiences that peel away an entire layer of reality. We say that the heavens open, but really it’s a new level of consciousness, one that brings more light.
Devotion. Understand that life is full of awe and wonder. From this you see a reason to revere your own existence. You have been placed in a world where you can be devoted to something, and your worship gives you a sense of worth.
These escape routes all lead back to the person you really are, and that person know that what really counts extends far beyond the individual: the glory of creation, the beauty of nature, the heart qualities of love and compassion, the mental power to discover new things, and those unexpected epiphanies that bring the presence of God—these universal aspects are your true source of power. They are you, and you are all of them.

Our highest power is love, and it is one thing each of us has an unlimited amount of. How much love do you give to others in one day? Each day we have an opportunity to set out with this great, unlimited power in our possession, and pour it over every person and circumstance. Love is appreciating, complimenting, feeling gratitude, and speaking good words to others We have so much love to give, and the more that we give, the more we receive. change…….Abundance

What is abundance?  If you have spent any time at all looking into personal development you must have come across this term so many times.  But what exactly is it?    According to any dictionary, the word "abundance" means "the state of having a large quantity; “Plenty".  But a large quantity of what, precisely?  Plenty of what?  The answer, of course, is "everything".

"Your thoughts, and their amazing significance and impact on your life, are the only things that you can control absolutely and consistently. "  Dr. Steve G. Jones

Perhaps, more accurately, "everything that is good".  That is not the dictionary definition, which could apply equally to everything that is not so good.  But in the way it is used by me and by everyone else involved in personal development "abundance" is only that which is good.

"The key to using the Law of Attraction is within your four powers: Your thoughts, emotions, visualizations and actions."  Frank Mangano

Abundance is PowerfulThis is a very important point to get your head around.  "Abundance", in the way in which we mean it, can only be good.  If you can really take that in and accept it, you will already have removed one of the biggest blocks to abundance which most people seem to have.  The belief that there is something wrong about wanting abundance, that it is selfish, that the things you want are not good for you.

If whatever comes to you when you pursue abundance is only good, then it cannot be wrong to want it.  It cannot be selfish. It cannot be bad for you.  Know this for a certainty.  Believe it with your inner core.  If you do, you will find it so much easier to achieve whatever you want to achieve.  But if you do not, you will find it almost impossible.

"We could focus on everything that mattered to us. It is so satisfying to hold a thought and to find the feeling place and then see the Universe conspire to help you receive it. Oh, co-creation at its best." Abraham

One thing that many of us pursue is "success".  Is it wrong to want to be successful?  Of course not!  How could it be?  Otherwise it would be right to want to fail – and that certainly cannot be right, unless you mean as a step towards final success such as experienced by Edison.  Most of us know this superficially, but deep down there is something in us that contradicts it.  We see other people who have achieved what society calls success and notice they are not always happy and fulfilled – sometimes they are quite miserable and are very poor role models.  Inside, we say "if that is success then I don’t want anything to do with it!".  Everything comes back, though, to what you mean by success.  I would argue that none of those people are truly successful.  They may have become famous, they may be wealthy, but they are not successful.  Decide on your measure of success, ignoring what the world tries to say success must be, make sure it is fully aligned with your inner nature, and then go for it!  You will find, if you do this exercise properly, that your definition of success is a good thing for you and also if you determine to achieve it you will.

"If you are feeling positive, you know you are a vibrational match for what you want."     Frank Mangano

Another thing so many pursue is "wealth".  Is there anything wrong with wealth?  Again, of course not!  Wealth is neutral when it comes to good and evil.True wealth is celebrating the present moment  Everything depends on how it is used.  Look at how Bill Gates has chosen to use his wealth for example!  Some people feel it is wrong to want to be wealthy, believing the only way you can become wealthy is by depriving others of what they need or want.  Ridiculous!  Yes, it is possible to become wealthy through selfish or even illegal means.  But that is not really abundance.  And the Universe has a way of restoring the right balance.  If not in this lifetime then in the next.  But often in this lifetime – there are so many cases of people who have acquired their wealth selfishly finding it is all frittered away in next to no time.  The best way of becoming wealthy is by giving great value to others – who then add to your wealth in return.  Do this properly and you will find you become truly wealthy in an abundant way.

"You are the only person who can be in control and change the way you are thinking." Dr. Steve G. Jones

Get your mind straight on the true meaning of abundance and you too can have everything you truly desire.  The Universe is truly abundant and is simply waiting to share that abundance with you.  Go out now and accept that gift with gratitude rather than ungraciously continually to throw it back in the face of the Universe!

Another Inspired message untouched only PMA & pictures may be added.

You may control your life and actions just as you can control your hands. If you want to control your life you must first control your thinking.

Noel Stern  If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I’d want to pass along to others..

We are the creators of our lives. We have been given the ability to imagine, declare, decree, visualize, and expect what we want. We are not tiny objects buffeted in an uncertain, perilous world. Instead, we are the masters, the victors, the creators of our worlds.

Most of us don’t realize, much less claim, this gift. But some know—the golfer who visualizes the perfect swing, the dancer  who envisions the perfect plié, the host who pictures the perfect feast.

The more we believe in, develop, and practice with passion and expectation our creative ability, the sooner our pictures will be brought into our lives. This is the universal Law of Attraction. You have undoubtedly heard or read about it: Like attracts like; what we concentrate on grows and manifests; that which is like unto itself is drawn.

Many in our world talk about “life” with a sigh and a resignation, as if we have no say in what happens to us. Many believe this and wonder why their lives don’t satisfy them, or worse.

If we don’t consciously create, we create by default. We go along with whatever experiences haphazardly seem to come our way. We may like them or not, consider ourselves cursed or lucky. But whatever our reactions, we feel like victims. But our lives do not have to be this way!

With our God-given gift, we can exercise our creative ability for anything—health, abundance, beautiful relationships, right and satisfying work, comfortable surroundings, creativity, even audacious dreams. And we can know that we attract all through Divine Love, and that the outcomes elevate us, lift and stretch our consciousness of Good, and benefit everyone else involved.

Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished but by what you should haveOur creative ability is innate. Once we recognize and use it consciously, we can create anything in our lives—not only objects but especially outcomes. How do you want that meeting, phone call, family gathering, work session to turn out? How do you want to feel and act during and afterwards?

Go on, try it. Apply this method to something you want to create, especially something that you feel is difficult or impossible, or something you’re fearful of. Make a simple list of outcomes: “I want this meeting/presentation/phone call/work session/holiday family gathering to produce for me . . . .”

Whenever I have made such a list beforehand, visualizing and feeling the positive outcomes I write down, as if they have already taken place, I have acted naturally. My words have come easily, others have reacted well, and I have experienced all the results on my list! An apparently difficult meeting results in harmony and understanding; a work session goes smoothly with answers appearing quickly to knotty problems, a family gathering evokes only love and joyous sharing.

You can create—bring into your awareness and physical experience—anything, from the most apparently trivial to the most momentous—a shopping bag, a home down payment, a soul mate.

We can never lose our creative ability. Our birth right is mastery, our heritage power. Claim your ability now to be the creator of your life and your world.

When I walk along the street and study the different people’s faces I can tell how they spent their lives. It all shows in their faces.

Today’s Inspiration

Dr. Judith Wright

Dr. Judith Wright

Dr. Judith is a Professor of Transformational Psychology at the Wright Graduate Institute as well as a lifestyles expert and inspirational speaker.

If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I’d want to pass along to others…

For a long time, I thought the formula for a good life was setting and meeting goals, achieving, being good, being nice, being perfect, hiding vulnerability and weakness, and not making mistakes.

What I’ve learned from my life experience and from my research with people who live great lives is that a good life is just the opposite-and these six key elements are key:

YEARN–Life isn’t about getting what you want or meeting your goals; it’s about following your deeper yearning.
I was good at meeting goals–being a good student, succeeding at my career, losing weight–but meeting goals didn’t make me satisfied and happy. It was only when I learned to guide my life by the yearnings underneath my goal-chasing¬–to love and be loved; be seen, heard, known, touch and be touched; to matter; to make a difference–that I was fulfilled. Rather than waiting to achieve a goal, I could meet my yearnings in the moment–and ironically, I accomplished more goals!

ENGAGE-Be messy. Get hurt. Make mistakes. Be embarrassed. Risk. Be made fun of. Be in the moment, be spontaneous, live unedited.
As a recovering uptight person, I can tell you life is more fun when you live it full out. Being good, being right, looking cool, and not making mistakes aren’t the secrets to happiness. Life is a playground– play hard and be willing to get hurt, screw up, be out there, and have fun.

REVELATE–Look for your “BS”–your bulls#*t and your faulty Belief Systems. Wake up and live consciously.
We all have limiting beliefs that keep us from fulfilling our potential and rationalizations, excuses, and indulgences in soft addictions that dim our consciousness and keep us stuck. (My culprits: my mistaken belief of I have to be perfect to be loved and my (former!) soft addictions of over shopping, watching TV, and poring over catalogues.) Uncover your unconscious programming and habits that keep you from the life you yearn for. Challenge your limiting beliefs and behaviours–
open up, seek out tough feedback, and live consciously.

LIBERATE–Live Bold. Break the Rules.
I tried hard to obey the rules, be good, be nice, and not make waves, but it was only when I was willing to break rules, overcome limiting beliefs, and not strive to conform and fit in, that I broke free to live my dreams. People who live spectacular lives make growth choices, not safe ones. Risk being censured and attacked. Say the unsayable, do the impossible. Be bold, daring, audacious.

REMATRIX–Change your mind and your brain, and you can change your life.
I needed to do more than change my mind–I had to change my brain to change my life! To make lasting changes we have to activate our brain’s neuroplasticity to build new neural circuits–to build new beliefs, feelings, actions–and that takes intention, focused attention, stretching at the edge of our ability, and continuous repetition. Take charge of your life and reprogram yourself with empowering beliefs, feelings, and behaviours. Consciously engage in your own transformation!

DEDICATE–Embrace it all.
I used to think that only the good stuff mattered–when things worked out, I did well, or I was happy. Now I know that everything is part of the transformational journey–ups and downs, successes and failures, fear and joy, hurt and love, despair and bliss. Embrace all life’s experiences and feel them fully–cry crocodile tears, tremble with fear, shake with anger, and bubble with joy. If you can deal with your feelings and encourage yourself through the challenges, you don’t need to avoid life. Dedicate to a constantly evolving, fully-lived life!

There is greatness in all of us, yet we need to activate and develop that greatness to become who we could become. When we do, life is an exciting adventure of perpetual transformation, great love, fulfilment, and service.

Above all else never think you are not good enough
