Stress free Success

From The Secret Daily Teachings                                                                                You cannot bring what you want to you if you are feeling stress. Stress or any tension at all is something you have to remove from your system.                        You must let the stress go – it is the only way you can bring what you want. The emotion of stress is saying strongly that you do NOT have what you want. Stress or tension is the absence of faith, and so to remove it all you have to do is increase your faith!   May the joy be with you,  Rhonda Byrne
The Secret… bringing joy to billions

A great free way to encourage success and loss the stress free:.
The stress response: in the beginning it saved our lives, making us run from predators and enabling us to take down prey. Today, human beings are turning on the same life-saving physical reaction to cope with 30-year mortgages, $4 a gallon gasoline, final exams, difficult bosses and even traffic jams — we can’t seem to turn it off. So, we’re constantly marinating in corrosive hormones triggered by the stress response.

Attitude
Success comes to those who become success-conscious. Failure comes to those who indifferently allow themselves to become failure-conscious. – Napoleon Hill

Now, scientists are showing just how measurable — and dangerous — prolonged exposure to stress can be. Stanford University neurobiologist, MacArthur "genius" grant recipient, and renowned author Robert Sapolsky reveals new answers to why and how chronic stress is threatening our lives in Killer Stress, a National Geographic Special. The hour-long co-production of National Geographic Television and Stanford University was produced exclusively for public television.

Belief
There is a difference between wishing for a thing and being ready to receive it. No one is ready for a thing until he believes he can acquire it. The state of mind must be belief, not mere hope or wish. Open-mindedness is essential for belief. Closed minds do not inspire faith, courage, and belief. Napoleon Hill

In this revelatory film, discoveries occur in an extraordinary range of places, from baboon troops on the plains of East Africa to the office cubes of government bureaucrats in London to neuroscience labs at the nation’s leading research universities. Ground-breaking research reveals surprising facts about the impact of stress on our bodies: how it can shrink our brains, add fat to our bellies and even unravel our chromosomes. Understanding how stress works can help us figure out ways to combat it and mitigate negative impacts on our health.

Character is accurately reflected in one’s mental attitude.
Without a strong foundation built on positive character traits, success will not long endure. It is virtually impossible to fake good character. Phonies are quickly spotted because they haven’t the substance and determination to maintain the charade. Developing good character begins with a positive attitude. Your desire to be a good, decent, honest, considerate person must first take place in your mind. When you make the decision to become a person of character, you will also find that you are much more willing to do the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do. – Napoleon Hill

For over three decades, Robert Sapolsky has been working to advance our understanding of stress — in particular how our social standing (our place in various hierarchies) can make us more or less susceptible to the damaging effects of stress. Throughout the film, he weaves the grim realities of the impact of chronic stress with his wry observations about 21st century life. "The reality is I am unbelievably stressed and Type A and poorly coping," says Sapolsky. "Why else would I study this stuff 80 hours a week? No doubt everything I advise is going to lose all its credibility if I keel over dead from a heart attack in my early 50s. I’m not good at dealing with stress. But one thing that works to my advantage is I love my work. I love every aspect of it."

The film is based partly on Sapolsky’s best-selling book Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers: Stress, Disease and Coping. In addition to his professorship at Stanford, Sapolsky is a research associate with the Institute of Primate Research at the National Museum of Kenya. He is also the author of Monkeyluv, A Primate’s Memoir and The Trouble with Testosterone, a Los Angeles Times Book Award finalist.

Scientists from the University of North Carolina, the University of London, Rockefeller University and the University of California, San Francisco share their compelling insights into how stress impacts the body, giving stress a new relevance and urgency to our increasingly complex lives.
A National Geographic Special

Stress, worry, and anxiety simply come from projecting your thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. This is focusing on what you don’t want! If you find that your mind is projecting into the future in a negative way, focus intensely on NOW. Keep bringing yourself back to the present. Use all of your will, and focus your mind in this very moment, because in this moment of now there is utter peace.                                    May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne

We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go we take a little of each other everywhere.
Five Pathways to Listening to Your Inner Voice

by Claudette Rowley, Coach, Consultant and Author

Is your life out of sync with your priorities?
Do you feel like you’re a hamster running on a wheel?
Have you forgotten who you are?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, read on. Learn to listen to your inner voice – the essence of who you are – by following these five steps:

1.  Check in with your heart.

Love yellow with flowerSocial conditioning teaches us to be logical and "use our heads". When you only use your head, your experience of yourself and the world is limited. You miss out on the vital information the rest of your body, heart and soul is giving you.
Benefits: The same neurological tissue found in the brain is found in the heart. The heart is a second "brain" and our emotional centre. Listening to your head and your heart is crucial to good decision-making about your life, your business and your relationships.
New Focus: Put your hand over your heart and focus there – what is it telling you?

2.  Connect with your body.

What will matter is not your competence but your characterYour body gives you a tremendous amount of useful information that you may not be conscious of. For example, when your mother-in-law visits, does your stomach tie up in knots? When your boss yells at you, do your shoulders turn into stone? When you feel passionate and alive, does your chest feel warm and open? When we ignore the body’s message, we lose out on valuable information designed to let us what works for us and what doesn’t.
Benefits: For many people, fear manifests as a tightness in their chest. This is valuable information, especially if you aren’t aware that you are afraid. Your body alerts you to what makes feels passionate and what doesn’t. The body is a fount of wisdom designed to tell you when you’re on the right path and when you aren’t.
New Focus: Notice the messages your body is giving you right now. Try a self-massage to find areas in your back, neck or shoulders that are tense or knotted. What other areas of your body feel tight? Which ones feel relaxed and loose? Use this information as another key to listening to your inner wisdom.

3.  Listen to your intuition.

Intuition is simply knowing something without knowing exactly how you know it. Connect back to a time that you had a "gut feeling" about something – the job that you knew you shouldn’t take, even though it looked good on the surface or the relationship that just felt right for you. That’s your intuition talking to you.
Benefits: Gut feelings are a wealth of information. Remember, your intuition is never wrong, although your interpretation of it may be incorrect. When your intuition calls to you, trust it. Practice makes perfect when it comes to using your intuition effectively.
New Focus: The next time you need to make a decision, check in with your intuition. Experiment with trusting it. When you follow your intuition, what happens? When you hear it and disregard it, what’s the outcome?

4.  Notice your self-saboteur*.

Each of us has our very own special saboteur. The saboteur is the voice in your head that says, "You are not good enough." "Who do you think you are?" "If you take this new job, everyone will find out what a fraud you are." The saboteur’s job is to "protect" you from taking risks and making changes.
Benefits: Learn to distinguish between your voice and the saboteur’s mumbo-jumbo. Notice how the inner critic drives the choices and decisions you make.
New Focus: Simply notice the negative voices playing in your head. Notice the times when they crop up. Recognize that the voices aren’t you and they aren’t true. Learning to separate your own voice from that of the saboteur is a powerful and life changing tool.

5.  Identify limiting beliefs.

We each carry a set of beliefs that we live by. Certain beliefs youBecause I am worth it hold consciously, while others are mainly unconscious. Beliefs develop out of past experiences and our interpretations of those experiences. Some of the conscious and unconscious beliefs that you develop limit your ability to grow and move forward in your life. For example: One of your goals as a successful entrepreneur is to make a lot of money. You discover that you have a belief – a limiting one – that it’s wrong to make a lot of money. Until you begin to alter your beliefs about money, it will be more difficult for you to achieve that financial success you desire.
Benefits: Learning to notice a limiting belief allows you to become conscious of it, and then change it. Releasing a belief that limits you puts you back in the driver’s seat of your life. You, rather than an old belief, make the choices that are right for you and allow you to fulfil your potential

Ways to spot a limiting belief:

  • You tell yourself that you only have one or two choices in a situation, or "no choice" at all.
  • Your inner critic expresses his or her opinion. The inner critic’s opinion is generally based in a limiting belief.
  • A decision may appear to be black and white to you, or an either/or situation.
  • You have decided that "this is the way the world is."
  • You make a decision based on fear.
  • You feel constricted and notice that you lack clarity about a specific situation.

New Focus: How does a particular belief allow you to attract what you really want in life? How does it prevent you from attaining your goals? When you reach an obstacle in your path, make sure that it’s not an old belief in your way.

When important questions like "What do I want?" or "What’s the right choice for me to make?" surface in your mind, consult your inner voice. You possess the answers you need to live a life that feels successful and fulfilling. Listening to your inner voice can lead you on a path that feels deeply satisfying. Your business and personal lives will flourish with this new level of trust in yourself.

Successful Networker- MLM Truths = Personality Training Learning ability and Skills

Before opportunity crowns you with great success, it usually tests your mettle through adversity.
Adversity provides the resistance necessary to develop the strength to overcome great obstacles. This strength consists of self-confidence, perseverance, and, very importantly, self-knowledge. If you do encounter a setback, it is a clue to a personal weakness. You may have been hasty in judging a competitor, or you may have been too timid in your vision of what needed to be done. Let adversity be your guide to understanding where you miss-stepped and which qualities you need to cultivate. No one rejoices in disappointment, but if you are success-conscious, you can turn the situation into a chance for improving your character, an opportunity you otherwise would have missed. Napoleon Hill

The truth about MLM’s Part One

Decide today to make the right decision! I promise it will save you: time and frustration
The following information is offered to you even if you are in networking already. It is by no means taken lightly but will help you now and in the future. I have tried to reduce the information and have decided to take you through the system in a series of blogs under the following headings:

“Personal Training”  This guide is an insight to Network Marketing skills “ Every network marketer needs this for Success.

The truth about MLM’s Part Two

Imagine the alternatives and less distinguishable: Peaceful Phlegmatic, Sanguine, Melancholy and Choleric; You chose.
Coaching by the Colour!

One dimension of our personality training that will help You keep your Team pulling together.

Yellow: open and indirect (Phlegmatic)
If the person does NOT consistently demonstrate more concern for others than for themselves, they are not Yellow.

Now the person who comes up is casually dressed. They have Birkenstock sandals on, and blue jeans. Very casual. This is a comfortable person. They walk at a slower pace. They have an easy smile.
And they say “Mentor me!”
“OK. Here’s what I know about you. You are an amazing person. All your friends think you are the greatest listener they’ve ever known. You are dependable. You’re very patient. And you’re nurturing. You love people, and you’re a team player. You have some outstanding strengths.
There are some problems you need to work on. You’re oversensitive. You take things personally. You always conform. You’ll buy other people’s excuses. And You don’t ever set goals. You’re not goal-oriented.
So for me to help you, coach you, mentor you, I’d get You to understand how to not take things personally

A mind ill with negative attitudes is more dangerous than a sick body, for its sickness is always contagious.

Have you decided that this is you? or are you the next category!

The truth about MLM’s Part Three
The main aim in life is the ability to understand each other
Blue: open and direct (Sanguine)
If the person is NOT a social animal, craving almost constant contact with people, they are not Blue.

This person walks up, and you see flamboyant facial expressions, hand movements, body movements, arms moving, maybe a Hawaiian shirt. Something bright & flashy – jewellery, gold, a diamond ring, gold necklace. Anything flashy, a lot of movement, excited, excited, excited.
And they say “Mentor me!”
“OK. The reason you are so successful in life and in business is that you are an excellent promoter. You’re energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, convincing. You always see the big picture. You’re the life of the party, and You’re one of the most creative people on the planet.
You can create it, but you can’t build it. Your problem is, you are unorganized. You’re scattered. You’ve never balanced a check book in your life.
The first thing I’d do in mentoring you would be to help You start using systems to keep yourself organized. Then you won’t be so scattered. And you can focus on your follow-up. That can change Your life overnight.
A positive mental attitude is an irresistible force that knows no such thing as an immovable body.
Have you decided that this is you? or are you the next category!

Leadership is only one thing, creation. Leaders are creationists that create things that were not there before, and create the reasons that everyone else to accomplish

The truth about MLM’s Part Four

To move forward one must have the ability to learn!

Green: self-contained and indirect (Melancholy)

If the person is NOT analytical, always wanting more and more information about whatever it is they’re interested in, they are not Green.
A gentleman walked up and stopped. He read the big banner. His arms were crossed. He had a shirt with a breast pocket, pen in the pocket. He wore khaki green pants, a crease down the middle where they’d been ironed, and penny loafers.
He looked at me and ordered, “Mentor me!”
“If I was to be coaching you, I’d start working on Your weaknesses. Your weaknesses are that you overanalyse everything. You’ve lost a ton of money because of your inability to make a decision. You’ll sit there and think about it, think about it, analyse it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, why the glass is half empty.
“You have a problem with depression – you easily get depressed. You have a problem with loneliness. And you’re very pessimistic.
“But it’s amazing how many strengths You have. You’re one of the most organized people. You are an amazing planner. You’re a dependable problem solver. You are task persistent. You are amazing on follow through. And everything you do is accurate.

“But the problem you’ve struggled with your whole life is being pessimistic about everything. You have no belief that You will ever be a huge success in life. You’re always looking at why it’s not going to work. You think, ‘It’ll work for everybody else, but it’s not going to work for me.’
“You use a lot of words like try, maybe, could, possibly, we’ll see.
“And what I would do to coach you is to help you realize that You have to learn to be decisive. You have to learn to go with it, be tuned in to your gut feeling and go with it.
“The words you speak are critical, because you speak Your reality into existence. When you say negative things, you are actually putting those things into Your life. That’s exactly what you do. And that’s why You’re so unhappy.”

Character is accurately reflected in one’s mental attitude.

Success is a path that you can easily lose your way, because we forget that we need a “lantern of reality and a compass of flexibility” which both are a must

This is decision time..

But this is not the end, this will be followed by the FIVE Pillars Training

The future looks bright for those who chose to shine and become a star
