How To Create A Qualified Prospect In Just 2 Minutes or Less

It is amazing really, some people are capable of creating a prospect in 2 minutes (or less), but still others struggle to create that perfect prospect with a frustrating MLM presentation that takes 3 hours. In my opinion, tomlydTom Big Al Schreiter is the king of the one minute presentation.  Today no one has time to listen to a 3 hour presentation, heck most will not give you 20 minutes.  Hopefully this article will explain “How To Create A Qualified Prospect In Just 2 Minutes or Less.”

First you need to be skilled in the necessary skills to “Make It” in this business.  Coming from “Wall Street”, being a traditional business owner, a doctor or a sanitary engineer  will NOT make you a success in MLM. Education and learning MLM skills however will make all the difference.

Does this sound familiar? You have chosen your opportunity,  now what?  Ah…a presentation to your prospect about your product or your MLM business opportunity. You gave the presentation and failed miserably.  Don’t beat yourself just yet.  Most fail in this area…simply because we do not know what to say…We can not just wing it though. Again the importance of education and learning MLM skills.

Would it be ok if you could learn to give a whole opportunity presentation/product presentation in less than 2 minutes?  How about in one minute? Just imagine giving a presentation while you are on an elevator or on break at work with a co-worker. Would this sound good to you?

Opportunities to give a presentation do present themselves and we have to know what to say and when to say it.  Just imagine someone leaning forward wanting to know more…

Well here are 3 simple steps you can use to create your amazing 1 or 2 minute presentation that will have prospects begging you for much more information.

REJECTION FREE TIPS FROM TOM BIG AL SCHREITER

  • Present YOU as the solution to your prospects problem…become the solution

Tom tells us that your very first sentence is the most important part of your whole presentation. So make it good. Tom also tells us that you have to get past your prospects “salesman” alarms…the prospect will decide in less than 10 seconds if they will continue to listen to you.

  • Prospects want to know 3 basic things:

  1. What kind of business are you in?

  2. How much money can I make?

  3. What do I have to do to earn that money?

  • Prospects do  not really care what your business is…

If you build a good relationship with them they would sell bubble gum or garbage can covers even moon rocks if they see what you have as a solution to their problem. Your prospect wants to know “what is in it for them” and “how you are going to be able to assist them”.

Be listening for opportunities to present themselves…remember the timing may not be right for your prospect so get a date and time that would be good for them to listen to a short presentation.

Here is a prime example of a good opportunity to give a presentation….

When people tell me that they are tired or feel trapped in their job and need some extra cash, we ask…

“Would you like to do something about it?”

Most people say they would love to know how they could have more energy or have an extra income.

I would be happy to tell you…when could you set aside a whole one minute for me to tell you what I do.

Most people respond “right now”, so I say:

I am in the health and wellness business which means I show people how to feel 18 again but with better judgement by drinking a healthy energy drink, by eating great tasting diet cookies and by drinking diet shakes to help people lose weight so they can have lots of energy to take care of their family and start enjoying life again. I show people how they can earn extra money and have more time freedom and live healthier lives, doing something they already do but are not getting paid to do.”

Would it be ok if you could do the same thing…  all you have to do is find 4 people who feel the same way you do and want to feel younger, have more energy and want to earn an extra pay check a month.

That is what I do, what do you think?

There you have it, you have created by listening for a good opportunity a qualified prospect in less than 2 minutes.  Less than 1 minute really….you have shown that you just may be a solution to their problem with your opening sentence in your presentation. Give the presentation…the rest IS up to them.

Five Top Tips to Starting a Successful Business

The fastest way to receive is to give, because giving starts the reciprocal action of receiving. We all receive according to how much we give. Give the best of you everywhere you go. Give a smile. Give thanks. Give kindness. Give love. Your giving should be a giving without expectation of return – a giving for the sheer joy of it. May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne The Secret… bringing joy to billions

This message is from one of the greats in the world of successful business people Sir Richard Branson

As LinkedIn is a business that started in a living room, much like Virgin began in a basement, I thought my first blog on the site should be about how to simply start a successful business. Here are five top tips I’ve picked up over the years.

1. Listen more than you talk

Busy more than one phoneWe have two ears and one mouth, using them in proportion is not a bad idea! To be a good leader you have to be a great listener. Brilliant ideas can spring from the most unlikely places, so you should always keep your ears open for some shrewd advice. This can mean following online comments as closely as board meeting notes, or asking the frontline staff for their opinions as often as the CEOs. Get out there, listen to people, draw people out and learn from them.

2. Keep it simple

You have to do something radically different to stand out in business. But nobody ever said different has to be complex. There are thousands of simple business solutions to problems out there, just waiting to be solved by the next big thing in business. Maintain a focus upon innovation, but don’t try to reinvent the wheel. A simple change for the better is far more effective than five complicated changes for the worse.

3. Take pride in your work

Last week I enjoyed my favourite night of the year, the Virgin Stars of the YearBelieve with all of your heart that you will do all that you were made to do Awards, where we celebrated some of those people who have gone the extra mile for us around the Virgin world. With so many different companies, nationalities and personalities represented under one roof, it was interesting to see what qualities they all have in common. One was pride in their work, and in the company they represent. Remember your staff are your biggest brand advocates, and focusing on helping them take pride will shine through in how they treat your customers.

4. Have fun, success will follow

If you aren’t having fun, you are doing it wrong. If you feel like getting up in the morning to work on your business is a chore, then it’s time to try something else. If you are having a good time, there is a far greater chance a positive, innovative atmosphere will be nurtured and your business will flourish. A smile and a joke can go a long way, so be quick to see the lighter side of life.

5. Rip it up and start again

If you are an entrepreneur and your first venture isn’t a success, welcome to the club! Every successful businessperson has experienced a few failures along the way – the important thing is how you learn from them. Don’t allow yourself to get disheartened by a setback or two, instead dust yourself off and work out what went wrong. Then you can find the positives, analyse where you can improve, rip it up and start again.

Be a successful Business person it is what you deserve, Networking or another type of business, all is available to those who work at their ideas..

A burning desire to be and to do is the starting point from which the dreamer must take off.
Many years ago, the commencement speaker at a prestigious university asked all members of the graduating class who had a definite plan for their lives to hold up their hands. As he looked around the room, only three hands were raised. Twenty-five years later, when the class held a reunion, the combined net worth of those three individuals exceeded that of the remainder of the class. People who know where they are going, always achieve far greater levels of success than those who merely drift through life, expecting circumstances to create opportunities for them. Successful people create their own opportunities by focusing on goals with an intensity that borders on obsession. In this way, every action moves them toward their goal. Napoleon Hill

“What I find amazing is that when you go out of your way to give to another person, you will also receive great things in your life. This is what is called the Law of Giving and Receiving. You may not receive from the people you are helping, but  you will receive good things from other people and in other ways.” Sonia Ricotti

jokes pulling each others legsLike all children involved in something as a team or group or even watching TV we look fro the difference, do we not?  The one supposed to be doing his or her own thing. Pretty easy right?
We’ve been trained to spot different. Our attention is attracted to different. We are trained to see it in a blink.

Now the system trains you to spot “different” so that it can be separated out. Remember what happened back in school with the “different” kids? Whether they were “gifted” or “challenged,” the result was the same: they got separated.
Different doesn’t work in the system. “Different” kids come in a lot of flavours and require many unique programs to ensure their compliance. But the system doesn’t have multiple programs, they only have one designed for the average drone.

Part of that program shows the drone how to spot the different. The average brainwashed school kid has no problem spotting the kid who is different. From there, social training kicks in and the different are pushed to the side.
Now if it hasn’t become clear, school isn’t training for life, it is training for compliance. So when you get out in the real world, up is down and down is up.
In the system, different is bad, in the real world, different is an enormous asset.
On a genetic level, our attention is attracted to variation. We find the “different” interesting. I don’t know the scientific reason for that, but variation in a gene pool helps insure survival, so it makes sense.

Owel teacherThis is where you can actually use the system’s training to your advantage.
Because everyone all around you is trained to pay attention to what’s different.
As a service provider, if you act, talk and work in a unique way, you have an enormous advantage. You can’t get clients without first getting the attention of prospects.
Are you showing up in a unique way?
Are you even clear about the unique value you bring to your clients?
Most people are blind to it. They’ve had that ability to see their greatest gifts suppressed. And for good reason. Because once you unlock that ability for yourself, you’ll understand just how valuable you truly are.
It’s far easier to control people if they’re worried about being “arrogant,” or “cocky” or “proud” of who they are. You can actually get people to walk around in a state of constant “guilt.” And people say hell is someplace you go when you die. For many, it’s right here among the living.   Don’t fall for it. Life is too short. And you aren’t here to be a fearful drone.    Helping people to recover this ability and

to see their unique value, is what is expected by you should you be the leader of choice.
This ability will change your business, no matter what type of business!  From a company to a single ownership you still deal with people, customers are like staff really and should be treated with respect.  This I do with members and customers in both my MLM’s   (1)   (2)  as an Independent Distributor and it will transform your life.

Difference between school and lifeHow to Make Yourself Stand Out Like a Diamond at a Coal Convention?  be better!  The fact is, you already have everything you need right now to set yourself apart from your competition in ways that would drastically improve the quality of your clients and business.    What you probably haven’t done, though, is created the package that communicates that to your prospective clients.

What makes you unique? What makes you a better value than anyone else?

How do you communicate that to prospects so they “get it” like a smack right to the face?  Go that extra mile.

If you don’t have those answers, then it’s high time to do something about it.

INVEST in yourself it is worth it. Become the LEADER you are capable of!

Most Service Providers are Great at What They Do–But Very Few Are Good At Communicating the Unique Value of What They Do.  You are the decision of your life and future.

If you want to attract a better job or anything better than what you currently have, it is important to understand how the law of attraction works.  You know that to bring in something better you must imagine what that better thing looks like in your mind, and then live in that picture as though it is here now. But you should also know that if you complain about your current job, for example, and continue to focus on all the negative things, you will never bring the better job to you. You must look for the things to be grateful for in your current job. Each thing you find to be grateful for is helping to bring that better job to you. That is really working the law!  May the joy be with you

RE: The chaos theory of success

Success is a messy business.
I'm going to succeed because I am crazy enough to think I can.You can have a good idea of what success looks like for you, but you may have no idea how to get there.
Over time, the route may present itself to you. Maybe you get a few steps at a time, maybe just one.
The fact is, no one knows how to "get" there. A lot of people act like they know, but what they really know is how THEY got there, not how YOU’RE going to get there.
You can still learn from those folks of course, but you don’t want to fall into the trap of thinking they can "deliver you" to the Promise Land. You’re the one that has to do that.
As I’ve gotten more experience in business, it’s astounding how much I don’t know. It’s even more astounding just how much is completely out of my control. You can either be a cocky jerk and ignore this truth, or you can be confident enough in yourself to just accept it and go with the flow.
It’s kind of like how music was. The more you learned, the more you realized how much you had to learn.
That’s why some of the greatest musicians I ever encountered were often the most humble. They knew they’d never "get there." They were in awe of the magic and mystery of the path they were on.
They were there because they loved the journey.
But they were not audacious enough to think they had it all mapped out–or that they could map it out for someone else. They just took one step at a time and never stopped.
What I know about business is that we have complete control over the inputs. We can control what we do. What comes out the other end is anyone’s guess.
I was on the phone with a client yesterday discussing a marketing sequence we created. There are a bunch of moving parts and they are working.
But good luck trying to paint lines from one input directly to a result. Our MINDS would like things to be that simple, but it doesn’t work that way. Teach encourage instruct mentor etc
In this situation, we’re using direct marketing to create results… indirectly. Kind of funny when you think about it.
The recipe works, but you can’t point to any one ingredient and give it the award for doing the heavy lifting.
And so it goes. The best and highest use of your time in your business is to focus on that which you control. The rest isn’t deserving of your energy.
In the next issue of The Rainmaker Letter, shipping in just a few days, I’m going deep into the science behind learning to control that thing in your life and business that’s responsible for everything that comes your way. It’s one of the biggest and most powerful leverage points we have. And the good news is that we can actually control it.

In youth we learn . . . In age we understand. Stan Billue
