Knowing How To Analyse An Opportunity BEFORE Spending any money


To be successful network marketing – knowing how to analyse an opportunity BEFORE spending a dime will save you years of struggle, frustration and starting from scratch over and over again.  On the other hand, if you have already signed on the dotted line with a company and are struggling to create that income from home as an online network marketer, I strongly suggest and recommend that you find a mentor with a servant’s heart to help you look at the opportunity you are currently in to see where there can be some improvements made. Usually it is just a matter of learning some skills, a network marketing education if you will.

How many times have you started a network marketing company, only to find frustration with the duplicable system, the up line support is next to zero or non existent and the compensation plan just does not add up as you were shown in the presentation?

How many times have you been burned? That’s right. You thought you saw the light at the end of the tunnel; had an organization of twenty, thirty or even hundreds in your down line when…BAM! Something turned it off. You found yourself holding the bag. Sound familiar? Perhaps you were terminated without cause, the company went out of business or changed it’s business model from MLM to direct sales.  Heaven forbid the company may  decided that it does not need  sales reps at all of any kind, direct or MLM distributors.  What happens then?

My hope would be that you would determine just how much of a risk the company you are thinking of joining will be before you join.  But if you find that you skipped that step and are in a company now,  there is still a way to determine how much you are risking by  using the 5 Pillars technology. Once you read the book Success in10 Steps written by Michael Dlouhy you will, when finished the free training course,  have an equivalent of a University degree in Network Marketing.

You will learn:

  • How to avoid scams that are masked as legitimate MLM Companies and turn out to be pyramid schemes

  • What is the best compensation plan?

  • What is the best system for duplication?

  • What is the best MLM company for YOU?

  • What to say and when to say it.

Just imagine how you would feel if you were NEVER scammed again, could finally create a residual walk away  income of 10K a month or even more and could finally say I have found a company that I can call HOME.

Just what is your desired income, perhaps an extra £1000 a month is good enough for you?  Will your Policies and Procedures as well as your compensation plan allow you to retire and/or will your business to your heirs.

The Policies and Procedures will in most cases indicate that you can retire or leave your residual income to your heirs; succession. But, have you read them close enough to know that there may be qualifications that MUST be met by your heirs, or even qualifications that may prevent you from ever retiring.  Oh you can retire whenever you wish, but in most contracts in MLM if you decide to retire and do not caring on with your training responsibilities and your team building responsibilities; you will no longer be eligible to receive YOUR residual income that YOU created.  Making it impossible for you to retire and take a vacation when you want if you still want to receive that residual income that you worked so hard for.  This income, if you choose to walk away from a contract written like this will now roll right back to the company. OUCH!!

Read your PnPs for your self.  Look for words such as “on-going” training, responsibilities, succession. What do your heirs have to do to qualify to receive what you have willed to them in your last will and testament?  How will your heirs feel when they realize that in order for them to receive what you have willed to them, they MUST sign up as a distributor and perform all the same duties that you do now?… Recruiting, selling, pitching your deal, training your down line.

• Warnings:
• If the product would not sell without the business opportunity attached, it is ILLEGAL.
• If you can’t pay with a credit card and Must pay by cash or money order, it is ILLEGAL.
• If distributors collect the money while the company stays at arm’s length, it is ILLEGAL.
• If you MUST have a Retail Merchant’s account, the company is SCAMMING YOU.
• When you begin to justify your product to someone, You become a salesperson.

Pillar 4: Does the Compensation Plan Pay Part-Timers?
• 95% of networkers are part-time people. 
Make sure that people can make a decent income working a few hours per week.
Pillar stonePillar stone• Beware of companies that advertise how many millionaires they have created.
Make sure it’s not at the expense of those "at the bottom". Everyone should be able to benefit.
• Take the Comp Plan Test – Ask yourself this question:
• "How many people do I need on my Team to earn a recurring income check of £500 per month?"
• There are companies out there that require as many as 500 and as few as 20.
• It’s not unusual to see well-established companies that require 150 to 350 people and
they are still able attract new distributors – Amazing! They must be sold on the product!
• If your up line won’t or can’t answer this basic question, You should Run.
• If you are making only 5% to 8% commissions on product, You are being extremely underpaid.
• If a company stresses "Recruit, Recruit, Recruit!", You should "Run, Run, Run!"
• The purpose of any business is moving product from the company to the end-consumer.
• The majority of your commissions MUST come from product sales; otherwise, it is a SCAM.
• And if you work a plan that Does Not pay on product volume,
somewhere in the process You will lose money!
• More important: You will lose Credibility Too!

• Read your "Policies & Procedures" and "Terms & Conditions";
both are part of your Legal Contract.
• Look for the word "On going".
• Look for policies that strike you as "Unreasonable". Like "Termination, with or without cause".
• Ask yourself "Does this contract protect me or the company?" "Is it clear which way it leans?"
• Does the company charge you for training or a company web site?
• Does the company charge you for each pay check they send you?
• Rules of Thumb:
• The longer the contract, the greater the possibility that the policies important to you
are being hidden in "Legalese"!
• If it’s a "Cash Only" business…It’s a Scam!
• If you can buy a position at the top…It’s a Scam!
• If you are offered a "Special Deal"…the playing field isn’t level for all.
• If the products are sold on eBay at a greatly reduced price…Buy there instead.
• If a company is publicly traded, Financial Decisions Will be made in Favour of the
Stockholders at the Expense of the Distributors.

• Most people don’t make money in the first two years while the company is dealing with start-up issues.

• Avoid companies which have passed beyond their "momentum phase" and have become household names.

If the person is NOT a social animal, craving almost constant contact with people, they are not Blue.

This person walks up, and you see flamboyant facial expressions, hand movements, body movements, arms moving, maybe a Hawaiian shirt. Something bright & flashy – jewellery, gold, a diamond ring, gold necklace. Anything flashy, a lot of movement, excited, excited, excited.
And they say “Mentor me!”

If the person is NOT analytical, always wanting more and more information about whatever it is they’re interested in, they are not Green.
A gentleman walked up and stopped. He read the big banner. His arms were crossed. He had a shirt with a breast pocket, pen in the pocket. He wore khaki green pants, a crease down the middle where they’d been ironed, and penny loafers.
He looked at me and ordered, “Mentor me!”
“If I was to be coaching you, I’d start working on Your weaknesses. Your weaknesses are that you overanalyse everything. You’ve lost a ton of money because of your inability to make a decision. You’ll sit there and think about it, think about it, analyse it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, why the glass is half empty.
“You have a problem with depression – you easily get depressed. You have a problem with loneliness. And you’re very pessimistic.
“But it’s amazing how many strengths You have. You’re one of the most organized people. You are an amazing planner. You’re a dependable problem solver. You are task persistent. You are amazing on follow through. And everything you do is accurate.

“But the problem you’ve struggled with your whole life is being pessimistic about everything. You have no belief that You will ever be a huge success in life. You’re always looking at why it’s not going to work. You think, ‘It’ll work for everybody else, but it’s not going to work for me.’
“You use a lot of words like try, maybe, could, possibly, we’ll see.
“And what I would do to coach you is to help you realize that You have to learn to be decisive. You have to learn to go with it, be tuned in to your gut feeling and go with it.
“The words you speak are critical, because you speak Your reality into existence. When you say negative things, you are actually putting those things into Your life. That’s exactly what you do. And that’s why You’re so unhappy.”

Success is a path that you can easily lose your way, because we forget that we need a “lantern of reality and a compass of flexibility” which both are a must
