Successful Networker Passion = Life = Your Future

"The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way." – Karen S. Magee

How to Manage Your Passion – First From Within, Then Without

Everything you create in your life is created first in your mind, then on the outside.

Life is the sum of all your choices – Albert  Camus

If you plan to build a house, you don’t just start building. You begin thinking about how many bedrooms you want, how many bathrooms, how the rooms should be arranged, etc. You may hire an architect to create drawings of the home, and then create detailed blueprints to guide the construction crew. The quality of the drawings is as important as the capabilities of those building the home.

The same is true of other things you want to create, including your ability to follow and live a life with passion.

“What you put your attention on grows stronger in your life.”

Consciously creating a picture of what your life will be like when you are fully living your passions is the first step in creating your life.

The following is an exercise you can do now to create more clarity about what it means to live a life following your passions:

a) Close your eyes for a minute. Imagine what life is like for you when you are completely living this passion. What does it feel like?

b) How do your days change when you’re living this passion fully?

c) Are there any changes to the way you interact with others?

d) What impact does this passion have on your life?

Once you have a clear picture of life when you’re living this passion, begin writing it down, there is nothing more solid than the written word; it tends to make you believe and do, Do this now.

It’s your life. You are responsible for your results. It’s time to turn up the heat. — Sam Parker

When you’ve written a page on each of your top five passions, take a break. When you come back to these sheets in a few minutes, or an hour or tomorrow, read them out loud to yourself. Begin by reading your five passions.  How does that feel?

Now read each page you’ve written on each passion. At the end of each page, stop, close your eyes and picture your life as you’ve just written it. How does that feel?

Will your life look exactly as you picture it now? Of course not! It will be better. The purpose of writing out these pages is to uplift your vision, inspire you, and move your heart to go places you would not have otherwise been able to go.

The Importance of Finding Your Passions and Purpose in Life ‘Your life’ will always be better than you can imagine it now because you are beginning to consciously create and find your purpose in life.           Have Faith in yourself!

Your future life will be the result of all the evolution and growth you have experienced between now and then. Your life becomes seemingly “worse” when you are intent on it appearing the way you think it should be. ‘Negative thoughts’

Faith is a combination of thoughts and actions.
When you apply your faith in yourself, your faith in your fellow man, and your faith in God, the result is a positive course of action that when persistently followed will almost always lead to success. When you believe in your ideas and in your abilities, and you trust in the Infinite Intelligence of the universe, you know that your thoughts and deeds will ultimately lead to a successful conclusion. You cannot fail. – Napoleon Hill

When you insist that the world conform to your concepts of what is best, and it doesn’t, what happens? You suffer. Everything in your life is structured for your evolution. The laws of nature which govern every aspect of existence, including our daily lives, are designed to support you in experiencing deeper aspects of your own nature. When you fight reality, you will lose. When you realize that every part of your life is working to bring you closer to knowing your true nature more completely, then life can only get better. By staying open to how life is appearing at this moment, free of your concepts of how it “should” be, you create the opportunity for miracles to occur.

In your search for the secret of the method, do not look for a miracle, because you will not find it. You will find only the eternal laws of nature. Napoleon Hill

Successful Networker Vision Dream Boards of your Choosing

Create your own Powerful and Effective Vision Board That Works For You

Focus on the positive in your life, for what you focus on increases.

circle spy glass viewerVision boards are a proven fact that they work for those that do them right. But what does it take to create the ultimate collage of images that evokes the positive changes you want in life? Well, for one thing it takes a positive mind and for another, it takes a certain kind of technique.

When you get it right, a vision board will help you attract anything you desire as a result of the Law of Attraction. Let’s take a look at how you can make your vision board a potent concoction of inspiring and change evoking images. All roads lead to an opportunity

Before You Begin Cutting and Pasting:

“The secret of success is to try always to improve yourself no matter where you are or what your position. Learn all you can.”

A vision board that is done right should include images that matter to you personally, not some general opinion of what people want for themselves. To get yourself in the right mind frame for the search for the perfect inspiring images, do a little visualizing first. Think about how you want to live your life, who you want to live it with, what you want to have, and all of the things you want to accomplish. Write anything that really stands out on a notepad, creating a list of what matters to you. Dream big and don’t be doubtful. Realize that everything you want can come to you with the right attitude and serious focus.

If the Idea of a dream board does not come from theDream catcher heart with the determination that it will work no matter the distractions of the “Doubter’s and “Nay Sayers” It will only be a board of pictures, to gaze at.

“It is the difficult things that really develop us, anything that requires only a small effort, utilizes very few of our faculties, and yields a scanty harvest of achievement.”

Once you have finished your list, it’s time to find out what is missing. There will be pieces of your life that you left out without realizing it. In order to have a complete vision board that really says who you want to be and what you want to have, it takes some soul searching. Think about every aspect of your life and be VERY specific.

Be Sure to Include:
  1. Career or business goals
  2. Your idea of wealth no one else’s
  3. Who you want in your life
  4. Where you want to live
  5. The things you want to do
  6. Your health and fitness goals
  7. The things you want to have most.

When you have finalized your idea of a the life of your dreams, it’s time to start looking for the images that match each desire. The images should make you go "Yes Perfect!" and "Just right!" and make you feel something strong emotionally. Don’t include images of things that don’t make you feel completely captivated as they won’t produce the right vibrational energy to attract the life of your dreams. You need images that will really power you up and create a positive energy that you feel in every cell of your body.

There are Two Main Ways to Find the Right Images:

Online – This is the best resource for finding those awe inspiring images that will kick your Law of Attraction journey into high gear. Simply type in the search what you are looking for and select from the entire results for your perfect image. A great way to do this is by using Google images to narrow down the results to pictures alone. It makes the treasure hunt a lot easier than clicking through links. Save all of your images to a folder and then print them out. Make sure you have colour ink to get the most visual appeal out of your images.

In Magazines – If you have a wide selection of magazines to choose from and don’t mind cutting them into pieces, this can be a great way to find exactly what you are looking for. It might take a little more time, but it is a lot of fun. Bring out the collection of dusty magazines or ask for the old copies that others are throwing away. For those that have the cash to spare, try investing in a few specific types of magazines based on the images you want. Travel and automotive magazines are always a great place to start.

Add Positive Affirmations to Boost Effectiveness:

When you finish getting all of your images together for everything on your list, it’s time to boost their effectiveness with positive affirmations. For each image you want to include on your vision board, write down something short and to the point. You want it to affirm those things you want are on their way to you. Use the present tense as if they are already becoming part of your life.

Some Examples of Positive Affirmations Include:
  1. I travel to Hawaii and enjoy a warm, relaxing vacation
  2. The person of my dreams is coming into my life
  3. I am excited about getting my dream car
  4. I easily attract money like a magnet
  5. I am more physically fit and attractive with each passing day

Even I wrote mine down (on computer of course) with some pictures, of what comes to mind, look at them for a while, then left it for a day or two before going back to it.  Then they will either jump out at you or fade away..

“The sum of all choices decides your future”

Every step I take brings me more success in my career

Each positive affirmation can be catered to your own Positive affirmation writting blockpersonality. Get creative with it and add some humour, spirituality or inspiring quotes. Whatever makes you feel like nothing is stopping you from achieving all of your goals is what you should include. You can print the words out on paper and cut them out or get in touch with your artistic side and do your own bubble letters – whatever works best for you.

Everyone really wants to do something, but there are few that will put forward the needed effort to make the necessary sacrifice to secure it.

The Final Touches:

After you have finished cutting everything out, arrange everything so that the most important things are at the focal point, then place everything else around those. This can be done on a piece of poster board, magnetic surface or on a cork board. For a more permanent vision board use the poster board. If you are the kind of person that changes their mind, use the magnetic surface or cork board. That way you can easily replace things as they are achieved or if you decide you want something else.

Remember to make sure you play with it for a day or two until you are satisfied happy comfortable and confident, then all your aspirations’ will befall you quicker than you can imagine.

Nothing more than free advice, as you feel ready and “Stick “ the board together, then it will be set in concrete for ever!!

Glue, magnetize, or pin each image in place and take a step back to admire your masterpiece. It might not sound like much at this moment, but when you have it all finished and you are looking at it, you’ll know the great power it truly has over your positive energy level. With every look you will automatically recharge that motivation for maximum Law of Attraction magnetism.

How to Get the Most Out of Your New Vision Board:

Your vision board is complete and it looks amazing. However, if you don’t know how to use it you might as well have done it all for nothing. So though this is the very last step to creating a powerfully effective vision board, it is the most important step of all. You’ll need to make it work for you.

Here’s How:

1. Place it somewhere that you will see it often. Make it a priority to just look at it without distractions for 5 minutes or so throughout the day. Set an alarm or work it into your break time. Just make sure you set aside at least 15 minutes daily.

2. Believe that every single thing on your vision board is a part of your life and that it is all on the way right now.

3. Imagine yourself as if you already have everything you see. Let the details of having what you want fill your mind and really feel what it’s like to live that life. Think about how grateful you feel for each and every one of those things.

4. Carry this feeling of certainty and happiness with you throughout each situation on a daily basis and watch as your reality transforms to match that of your vision board.

When all of your dreams have come true, be sure to practice gratitude for everything you have. If you feel really ambitious, set new goals with another vision board to lead the way!

Be careful of your desires, make a mental picture of what you want and set your will to this until it materializes. Never allow yourself to drift without helm or rudder.

From The Secret Daily Teachings

When you exist in the great state of gratitude, you become a person who only wants to give. You become so grateful that it takes over your life, and you can’t find enough opportunities in a day to give. You give joy, you give love, you give money, you give appreciation, you give compliments, and you give kindness. You give the best of yourself in your job, in your relationships, and to strangers.

You will know when you have really found true gratitude, because you will become a giver. One who is truly grateful cannot be anything else.  May the joy be with you,

Inspired Quote of the Day

You may encounter situations where you need to compromise, but never compromise your standards. ~ Carol Roth

Today’s Inspiration

Carol Roth

Carol is an investment banker, business strategist, author and dealmaker who helps companies grow and make more money.

If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I’d want to pass along to others…

The most important thing to me is to always have pride in yourself and be authentic, whatever that means to you personally. If everything else in the world were to go away- the money, the titles, the material possessions- make sure that you can stand behind your name and your decisions.

Your name and the way you act are your legacy. If you do something, do it 100%. If you say something, stand behind what you say. Be willing to tell someone the truth that they may not want to hear (if asked and it comes from good intentions). You may piss off some people along the way but that is fine – everyone with a strong point of view does!

I also think it is incredibly important to be driven to fulfil your needs and goals based on your own circumstances and opportunities. Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean that you should and that the rewards will justify the risks for you. You will be happiest if you live your life based on your own wants, needs and opportunities, not someone else’s. It is very difficult to be happy if you are chasing someone else’s goal!

Balance that by ensuring that you are realistic and also truthful with yourself. Your point of view and circumstances will shift and evolve, but as long as you make the right decisions for you in that moment, know you have done your best. As fitness guru Tony Horton says, "If you do your best, it is always enough".

Also, don’t hold yourself back from being everything that you can be. Sometimes, the best and brightest people can be held back by being too smart for their own good. I too have been guilty of this- I call it being a "successful underachiever". I have learned that we can be our own worst enemies. There is nobody who will be harder on you or more critical of you than you, yourself.

Faith is not something to grasp it is a state to grow intoWe, as smart and driven people, will always be successful if we are pursuing something that is important to us, so don’t let your ego prevent you from taking a step or two backwards if it will allow you to take 25 steps forward down the line. Plus, be willing to take a shot if the risks aren’t prohibitive. As hockey great Wayne Gretzky says, "You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take".

Finally, make as much of your own luck as you possibly can. Preparation, passion and perseverance help create a bridge to success. If you fail to prepare, you will prepare to fail. I can’t think of too many bad things that came from solid preparation.

So, (borrowing another Tony Horton-ism here), do your best and forget the rest. If you are authentic, engage with pride, standards and preparation, and make the best decisions that you can for yourself in each moment, you will not have any grounds for regrets.

The Pursuit of Happiness

Do What You Love and Enjoy Your Life

Why is it so important you do what you love? A friend shared a true story that illustrates the importance of doing what you enjoy perfectly. It went like this:

A young girl who collected autographs of famous people was at the airport waiting to board her plane when she saw a crowd of people standing around a small man in a white robe.

She knew this man had to be someone well known because of the large crowd around him. She went up to one of the people standing nearby and asked who the man was. She was told, “That’s Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, a great Saint from the Himalayas.”

The girl excitedly ran up to Maharishi and immediately asked for his autograph. Maharishi took her pen and paper, looked her straight in the eyes, and said, “I will give you something much more important than my autograph.” And on the piece of paper he wrote one word.

Be greatful for each moment and be happyWhat was the message Maharishi was conveying? The whole purpose of life is to enjoy and do what you love. When you are not able to enjoy your life you are missing your life’s purpose and your chance to make a difference in this world.

Again, what’s so important about enjoying what you are doing? Think about all the greatest people on the planet, past and present. Every one of them, without exception, loved what they did or are now doing. Every single one of them. Their lives may not have been easy, they certainly faced challenges, and yet, they loved what they were doing.

Now think about the people you know who are truly happy. Don’t they love what they are doing in their lives? Maybe there are some parts of their lives that are challenging, but when it comes down to it, they love their lives, how they spend their days, and who they spend their lives with, don’t they?

Find what is Most Important To You and Make a Difference

For us, it’s obvious. To have absolute success in any area, the most important prerequisite must be that you have a passion and find what is most important to you in order to           enjoy your life.

It is the magical key that will unlock those forgotten dreams that wait patiently in your heart for the day when you are finally ready to say, “I am here to make a difference and the time is now!”

This could be in your head all year round not just for the season

“Spring has finally arrived, and with it, renewed hope and a fresh start.” — Oprah

When you clarify what it is you love most, and what is most important to you, you are then able to enjoy your life and make a difference.

Discover your true calling, and begin living the life you were destined for.
