There is a very powerful connection between your mind and your success.

For instance, increasing your income is largely determined by the limiting beliefs and negative habits that were programmed into your brain at a young age.             It’s true.

Did you grow up hearing things like:

"Money doesn’t grow on trees."

"We can’t afford it."

"All rich people are evil."

"We’ll never be wealthy."

"Money is the root of all evil."

These phrases seem harmless, but they act as instructions to your subconscious mind. They are the seeds that grow into the limiting beliefs and thought patterns that determine how you think or feel about money today, as an adult.

And most of these beliefs have been programmed into your mind for years, so much so that they’re practically part of your wiring.

It’s no wonder why so many of us struggle to earn more money, follow our dreams, or have the relationships we want. Sometimes it’s to the point where we don’t even feel comfortable asking for or receiving those things when it does come into our lives.

Allowing Takes Faith and Trust

The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way. Robert Kiyosaki

Allowing takes faith, patience and trust—three things that are essential for your own peace of mind and well-being, but often are not things we focus on, learn about or are encouraged to practice in our intense, fast-paced, results-oriented culture. Allowing is truly an art and is something that often goes against the grain and runs contrary to societal norms and pressures. It has to do with remembering, as the well-known saying goes, "We’re human beings, not human doings."
Here are a few things to think about and practice as you enhance your capacity and ability to allow with more ease in your life.

  • Ask yourself how you relate to the concept of allowing. Take some inventory of your own relationship with this idea. How do you feel about it? How comfortable are you allowing things and people to be as they are, as well as allowing things to manifest with ease in your life? This is something you may understand, but may not practice. Tell yourself the truth about how you relate to allowing, and notice how this impacts your life one way or another.
  • Pay attention to what you focus on in regard to your biggest goals and aspirations. In terms of the biggest goals, dreams and aspirations in your life right now, how much of your attention and energy are focused on doing, and how much are focused on allowing? While both doing and allowing are important, most people put a disproportionate amount of attention on action. Increasing your focus on allowing and ultimately receiving can be a magical, relaxing and incredibly effective way for you to relate to your goals and dreams. This is often one of the big missing pieces in your desire not only for success, but—more important—for fulfilment.
  • Create an allowing practice. This is a simple practice you can do daily (like prayer, meditation, quiet reflection or affirmation) when you put your attention and awareness on allowing: accepting things as they are; trusting things are working out as they are meant to; believing the feelings, experiences, accomplishments and outcomes you desire are on their way; and allowing yourself to receive these gifts and blessings with ease and gratitude. You may need to reach out to others for support, guidance and feedback about creating or deepening an allowing practice that will work for you, but doing this is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself (as well as those around you).

Have fun with this and have compassion for yourself as well. Allowing is a lot easier to think about or talk about than it actually is to practice and embody in your life. The more attention you put on it, however, the easier it gets. And as you deepen your ability and your capacity to allow, your whole life can transform with ease, grace and gratitude!

This is something I am very interested in, it is  personal  to me and f rom the heart, it should be to you.    I have had this on my mind for a very long time, presently struggling with injuries from being a war veteran,

Faith is what makes life bearable with all its tragedies

why? I hope you are you asking…

Consider your life and where you are now.  No matter what life throws at you are you a quitter? or a believer?  I go through hell often and since a child I have had to work hard, but it is worth it to yourself for the most part..

If you decide to stop what are you doing?  “Giving up” is the correct wording, I had a rough life as a child being the eldest of 6 boys, may years ago BUT I believed in myself from around the age of 10 as I had to grow up very quickly, my mother dies early and I was in charge of the family.. Now think hard before you complain about your life and what it has or has not done to or for you..  there are others in situations you could not believe in, they do not all  give in many work hard to be better… AND some become leaders!!

The world owes you everything and nothing, it is up to you what you become, from this day forth.

We can all be sorry for ourselves and our lives from the past and present but it is up to use how and what we become, no matter who brought you into this world the decision is yours!  Make your parents  and your own family happy show them you can be better and helping others is paramount.  Be grateful for who you are where you are from and where you are going!  you will be blessed, loved and have the ability to inspire  others,, worse of than yourself.  they will think more like you as a teacher supporter  and guide to others, for ever!

Have faith believe in yourselves.  Attitude is everything no one can give it to you it is something you have to decide on.  Be an inspiration to others and grow in faith and self belief, be the winner you know you can be

Your life deos not get better by chance but by change

Success and failure comes in pairs. Either you have a pair of Aces called “Resolve & Undenied” or a pair of jokers called “Wishing & Wanting You’re hand to play

For over three decades, Robert Sapolsky has been working to advance our understanding of stress — in particular how our social standing (our place in various hierarchies) can make us more or less susceptible to the damaging effects of stress. Throughout the film, he weaves the grim realities of the impact of chronic stress with his wry observations about 21st century life. “The reality is I am unbelievably stressed and Type A and poorly coping,” says Sapolsky. “Why else would I study this stuff 80 hours a week? No doubt everything I advise is going to lose all its credibility if I keel over dead from a heart attack in my early 50s. I’m not good at dealing with stress. But one thing that works to my advantage is I love my work. I love every aspect of it.”
The film is based partly on Sapolsky’s best-selling book “Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers”: Stress, Disease and Coping. In addition to his professorship at Stanford, Sapolsky is a research associate with the Institute of Primate Research at the National Museum of Kenya. He is also the author of “Monkeyluv”, A Primate’s Memoir and The Trouble with Testosterone, a Los Angeles Times Book Award finalist.
