An MLM Business Is A Great Opportunity For All with a Desire to Succeed

Be aware of the big difference between inspired action and activity. Activity comes from the brain-mind and is rooted in disbelief and lack of faith – you are taking action to “make” your desire happen. Inspired action is allowing the law to work through you and to move you. Activity feels hard. Inspired action feels wonderful. May the joy be with you,  Rhonda Byrne

Your life is the result of the choices you make if you do not like it..You have most likely heard the term multi-level marketing or read about it with interest. Most of the Information on the Internet is not always clear about what it is. Generally speaking, it is a distribution method for a product that takes the form of direct selling Companies that use this form of marketing are bypassing the traditional retail stores and allowing independent! sales people to move their products directly to the customer What makes this type of direct selling different from other forms of direct marketing is the way commissions are paid to the affiliate sales people.

“If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.” Jim Rohn

After signing up with a company, a person then becomes an independent distributor. When a sale is made, a commission will be earned, but commissions can also be earned by recruiting new distributors. When these new contributors earn commissions for sales, part of this money will be given to you. Of course, the people you have recruited can then also recruit, and you will earn a small amount from the sales these people as well. Over time, you can build up a large group of distributors that are below you in the distribution sales chain. People have been able to make large incomes from this type of distribution model.

“Those who do not create the future they want must endure the future they get.”   Stan Billue

What makes this type of business so attractive is that it can be started part time from your home. In fact, part time is the best way to start any business. Keep your day Job while you focus on building up your MLM business part time. With hard work and dedication, your part time business will become a full time venture, and you will find yourself quitting your Job and working full time for yourself.

Don’t chase your Dreams, run them down. Always allow your Dreams to exceed your Memories.Stan Billue

In the past, MLM opportunities were limited to a few well known MLM companies that offered limited possibilities in an offline environment. Today with the Internet, everything has changed. There are an enormous number of products that can be sold offline, online or a combination of both. Because of the Internet,

Remember you will not always win. Some days, the most resourceful individual will taste defeat. But there is, in this case, always tomorrow – after you have done your best to achieve success today.” Maxwell Maltz 1899-1975

MLM business opportunities abound.

It is much easier for a business with a high quality product to sell it with the MLM direct selling model. Shelf space in a retail store is difficult to get and smaller companies with great products have an impossible task of getting seen by the consumer. This is why MLM opportunities are so attractive. The starts up costs for becoming a distributor are small, and the products available to sell are not only of high quality but are often unique and not seen in retail stores. Add to this, many people have been able to earn six figure incomes when affiliated with the right product.

Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.” Nido Qubein

Finding the right product is a part of the formula for success. You need to take time researching the various products and decide on one that you feel comfortable with it should be something in an area that you have a passion for as well as one that has yet to saturate the market. Some of the best MLM opportunities are ones with products that are in the early phase of their product life cycle. Yet remember not all MLM companies are product based.

If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence.”          Richard DeVos

Due diligence is required before you make your choice.  Asking other networkers advice is recommended, but look at the advice even if ever so slightly pushed to join, or Google network marketing.  Remember one thing product based MLM’s are in need of constant sales..

You mustt take action risk failure in order to achieve successYour personal skills have to be very good, with  a determination to succeed. There is one more extremely important part of “Network Marketing” and that is the training available from whom ever you chose to join.  Should there non or an extremely limited amount of training, you are on your own. I personally have tried several MLM’s since leaving the forces, learning along the way making huge mistakes with losses, But always learning and the having the ability to be Very Very Positive and not stopping..

Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful things to happen, not in the future but right now. Realize that nothing is too good. Allow absolutely nothing to hamper you or hold you up in any way.” Eileen Caddy 1917-2006, Author

As always it is up to you & no one else, remember you are going to be self employed and YOU will be very successful!  Remember these opportunities are world wide and many have been around for many years, most not all are wonderful but you have to work at it!  make sure you chose one with training and support.  I love mine but it is UK & Northern Ireland based, past experiences have seen me selling globally, but you are not dealing with people on a one to one basis, that can be harder or if you have the skills and determination with personal skills you can succeed, I know many who have. Personally I prefer to deal with people not the web.  My personal choice.

Dreams express what your soul is telling youHow can you make a big dream come true?  You need to have one secret element, and when you have that secret element, nothing will get in your way. That element is an intense desire! You must desire something with all of your heart to manifest it. Often the difference between those who manifest something and those who do not, is the element of desire. When you have a burning desire for something you ignite a fire within you that attracts with an incredible force. The law of attraction is magnetically drawn to that intense fire element in you, and it responds by gathering all universal forces to make your dream come true.                                                                                                                                              Very often we ask for things because we think our life will be better with those things, but inside of us we do not have an immense desire for those things. When you don’t feel that immense desire within you, you are receiving guidance telling you that this is not something you really want. That is why it is so important to get clear on what it is that you really want with all of your heart, because what you really want with all of your heart is the very desire that you can manifest quickly.                                                                                              When your heart is on fire with desire you will attract the right things to do, you will find visualizing so easy, and you will find it is effortless to think positive thoughts of your desire. You will attract all the qualities you need, such as strength, courage, belief, persistence, faith, and a powerful will. An intense desire lights up your being, producing a magnetic force that enables the law of attraction to cut through every physical obstacle for you and make your dream come true.                                                                                                               Dreams seem impossibleGo for your dreams! Don’t cheat yourself in your life with petty desires because you don’t think you can live your dream. THE DREAM inside you is the one thing that you have the greatest power to create, because you have an immense desire for it. Find the dream inside you – and make it come true Rhonda Byrne The Secret

Remember what ever you read anywhere or even here, your thoughts & actions help create your future, the choice is still yours.

10 things to do and be effective

An advantage we all have is the ability to control what we do each day. We can improve our productivity, or not! You decide.  In too many cases, we are the only ones who know when we are falling short of our best level of performance. It’s no surprise that many managers have no idea  regarding the difference between mediocrity and excellence.

clip_image001Effective people have the Key to the secret of success, which is to “Take Action”  Like many of the top performers!    You must keep your driving the pace until  you take flight.

Here are 10 things that effective people do

clip_image003

  • Starting early. Sam Walton arrived to work at 3 am. Perhaps a little early for many of us, but we need to get an early start. “The early Bird”
  • Accepting good and bad news as part of moving on!  As you progress up the ladder, you will be in the line of fire, so remember who you pass on the way up!  Because what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.
  • Having a long term perspective. Never thinking about short term gains, thus focusing on building a strong successful foundation success.
  • Avoiding the petty and uninteresting information.  It is counterproductive to spread rumours, be disrespectful or talk bad about colleagues and never criticizing management. Its much better to focus on the task ahead and the results it will bring.
  • Always be professional. Do not lose control. You want others to describe you as a “professional person.” This is the compliment we all strive for thus reaching an important milestone.
  • Focusing on the key areas that bring the results you are aiming for!  At the next meeting, observe and study the leaders of your organization and how they focus on what the important issues are. They have the ability to identify the problems as the professionals they are.
  • Treating others with respect, we are not better, but we have a different look on matters and may have accomplished more in certain areas, we must always appreciate what others bring to the table.
  • Be humble, we do not know everything. We must be open to working in teams.  When we put our minds together, we can tackle enormous projects, which lead to huge benefits for the organization.
  • Confront problems!  Address immediately. Those who are excellent performers are aware of small problems and prevent them from escalating. Taking a proactive approach is preferred.
  • Be committed to sharing the wealth and knowledge. Rewarding those who do well, as we are not solely responsible for the huge accomplishments. Be humble, and praise others publicly and privately when they contribute to our goals and initiatives.
  • Successful people are extraordinary in the sense that they understand the importance of knowledge, commitment, and humility. The process to greatness is well established but realizing it requires significant effort.

I offer you the following information free and with honesty and truth.  Over the last 30 years due to military ailments (that’s all I will say) I have had the pleasure of alternative Sean Barks Clinic snipped copymedicine to help and speed recovery from military & civilian life.                                                              My first experience a long time ago (avoiding prescription drugs as much as possible) was the opportunity to try Acupuncture, which I knew about due to my martial arts expertise and training. May years ago I signed a petition to help the knowledge of alternative medicine grow, but as usual we all know about the medical profession, they prefer drugs it makes them money, no disrespect as many do work.

Why is it that for 1000;s of years the world has used natural product’s to gain the benefits without drugs? and they are free all you have to do is learn about them and pick them from the wilderness of the forest’s around the globe.                                                         I have no idea except the modern world is extremely slow top catch up with the 3rd (I hate that word as they are not all in that category!) world countries that know better! Its embarrassing!.  I have to admit that the people around the world are more educated in health matters and have survived for 1000’s of years using natural plant product’s and we are only just learning about them, yet we are supposed to be the more advanced educated races.

I also tried  “Reiki” with a lady in Retford, that works great but for me I need acupuncture, cupping and massages for me they are far better; leaving me either tired and in need of a rest or sleep! and more often ready to take on the world.

Since my 11th birthday I have had to date 21 operations, (at least 2 more to come) now I am getting older :)! but my ailments have been helped with the treatments from the following people at Sean Bark’s Clinic:  these two wonderful people are perfect, clever bright and extremely knowledgeable & patient with you for all the time you are under their care and protection, they are also more educated than me on the matters and they know all about “Your Health” being well tried tested, working hard to improve their knowledge constantly to help you. they both have many clients in many areas  for those  willing to travel for their expertise!  They trained and worked hard for many years  to get where they are now “Very Professional”                                                                   They are Austin & Sarah, who are always available for advice on how they can help you, “all of you”  be  better people from the inside out!!

A little more positive mental attitude for you.  Thank you for taking the time to read my message.  Gray

The 'i' in illness is isolation, and the crucial letters in wellness is 'we'.

Every human being on the planet wants to be happy. Anything that anyone desires is because they think their desire will make them happy. Whether it is health, money, a loving relationship, material things, accomplishments, a job, or anything at all, the desire for happiness is the bottom line of all of them. But remember that happiness is a state inside of us, and something on the outside can only bring fleeting happiness, because material things are impermanent. Permanent happiness comes from you choosing to be permanently happy. When you choose happiness, then you attract all the happy things as well. The happy things are the icing on the cake, but the cake is happiness. May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne

Personal Development equals Growth and Success

Rewards are what you deserve for all the things you have done, will do and are grateful for, no matter what, the same can be said for the more you do for others is an even greater reward.” Gray Lawrence

Think PositivePersonal development is sometimes referred to as self-development or personal growth, and it traditionally covers a broad set of areas to improve. It is not however something that you gain from formal education, though the process of gathering knowledge is fundamental to growth. Personal development is a path that you take to better your family situation, career, spirituality, emotional health, and every other aspect of your life. It is the investment into improving yourself. Essentially, It is about making conscious decisions about everything that you do, the way that you think, and the way that you react to situations. For some, It is also a matter of moving beyond past failures and misfortune to see what is possible in the future.

Development process

Personal development can help you obtain everything that you always dreamed of, and more, with the simple application of a few simple mind-sets and tools. Our awareness is a direct result from our development. And personally, the need for further growth and development is paramount for your health physically, mentally and emotionally through to all your relationships. For those who need additional help moving past obstacles and making those changes, a counsellor or personal development coach can also be of great worth. One of the most important steps toward development is to set obtainable goals.

Setting Goals

Determination Desire Goals etcFinding resources to make changes, move past obstacles, set goals, and find happiness is not always easy. Search for quotes stories, tips and ideas to fuel your goals. The key is to consciously act toward goals that will cause you to grow. You must then determine which values, goals and principles you will set up to guide your actions. For me I choose to remove all the bad programming that has been installed on my "hard drive" (if you will) and install more productive and positive programming to help me move closer to my goals in life. You can also learn how to set and implement realistic goals, develop an increased level of self-esteem and self-confidence.

"If you aren’t going all the way, why go at all?" Joe Namath

Keys to Growth

I’ve found out more about myself by committing myself to personal growth, rather than trying to find myself first and then start developing. I also found that my personal growth plan is a useful tool that keeps me focused. Develop your personal growth plan, make it a visual poster and hang it up where you can see it daily. Success in an undertaking leads one to gaining more pursuit and a much greater yearning to learn, resulting in growth of motivation directing towards the goal that you have set.

Self Development is a journey not a destination.

"I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness". Personal development is not about reaching a state of perfection; it’s about enjoying the process. It is about living your life while making conscious decisions on a daily basis about everything you do. Make no mistake about it; personal development is a lifelong pursuit.

Network Marketing How to meet anyone anywhere

This I have had for a while from connections in the USA. The messages are as per the person whom said them, enjoy and I hope learn something..
No one is capable of giving direction unless he or she knows how to take directions and carry them out.
An essential quality of leadership is developing the ability to persuade others to align their goals with yours and those of the organization. Until you, yourself, are able to join forces with others in the pursuit of a common objective, you will never persuade them to join your cause. Effective leaders recognize the value of working together, and they learn how to follow directions before being entrusted with the responsibility for the performance of others. Good leaders show by example how they expect others to behave. Even though the troops may be trained to follow orders unquestioningly, the officer always leads them into battle. You cannot push others to follow your example; you must pull them along with you. When you show by your every word and deed that you are a person of character, one who works for the greater good of the entire organization, your people will follow. – Napoleon Hill

24 Tricks for Terrible Networkers (or How to Meet Anyone Anywhere)

Although I regularly attend networking events, I’m a terrible networker and rarely yield my desired outcome. What are some ways in which I can improve my networking capabilities and results? — Margaret, Florida
1. Be a giver
Part of the awkward and uncomfortable feelings around networking result from being self-conscious.

If you’re more focused on learning about the person you’re talking to, you don’t have time to stress over whether you sound stupid or if you have lettuce in your teeth. Ask the question, “What do you need next? How can I support you?” You’ll feel more powerful and find common ground.

— Lisa Nicole Bell, Inspired Life Media Group
——————————————————————————–

2. Do your homework
Do some research on the attendees beforehand, if you can. That way, you can prepare for the event in much the same way you’d prepare for a job or informational interview. Draw up a list of questions specific to the people you’ll likely be speaking with. This will not only ease your anxiety, but will also help you establish strong, authentic connections.

— Steph Auteri, Career Coaching for Word Nerds
——————————————————————————–

3. Quality over quantity, always
What is your desired outcome? If you don’t know the answer to that, you’ll never achieve it. The idea isn’t to hand out the most business cards. The idea is to have the most meaningful conversations. Instead of having the goal of meeting everyone there, try targeting a select few people and have longer more meaningful conversations rather than worrying about who to talk to next.

— Adam Gilbert, My Body Tutor
——————————————————————————–

4. Use the internet to alleviate networking anxiety
If you’re afraid or uncomfortable with networking, then use the internet to find people who share your interests and slowly move that relationship offline. The internet allows you to meet people in the comfort of your home, which will alleviate networking stress and time from your already busy entrepreneurship schedule.

— Dan Schawbel, personalbranding.com
——————————————————————————–

5. Listen and learn
Rather than start a conversation talking about yourself, why not show a curiosity in others, and listen first? Let them start talking about their projects and work experience, and pay attention to what they do to make you feel at ease and engaged. Reflect on that after the event and apply what you noticed next time you start a convo!

— Tammy Tibbetts, She’s the First
——————————————————————————–

6. The power of the short and simple pitch
Develop a short and simple introduction pitch that describes what you do and why you do it. It should give someone a quick and easy idea of the features and benefits of your company. Practice makes perfect. Repeat your brand statement often to friends, colleagues and new associates. Put it into action at your next event and proudly share your vision with confidence.

— Erica Nicole, YFS Magazine: Young, Fabulous & Self Employed
——————————————————————————–

7. The silver bullet
The Silver Bullet is hard work. Practice, Practice, Practice makes perfect. Look at the people who you admire with networking capabilities, what do you like about them? Can you practice doing those things? The best book to read on this topic was written 100 years ago by Dale Carnegie, How to Win Friends and Influence People. They even have live classes that you can take to practice networking.

— Louis Lautman, Young Entrepreneur Society
——————————————————————————–

8. Make it a game
Try turning the networking experience into a game. Go with a friend, and then set challenges for each other. “I challenge you to go up and introduce yourself to that closed-off group of people.” “I challenge you to get that guy’s business card.” Etc. It’s amazing how something so simple can take the pressure off and allow you to be yourself, but also creative in your approach to networking.

— Colin Wright, Ebookling
——————————————————————————–

9. Make people feel great
Take Maya Angelou’s advice and remember that after the event, most people probably won’t remember what you do or what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel. Make them feel great about themselves, their business and what they do and you’ll have made the all-important first connection, upon which you can build.

— Lea Woodward, Kinetiva
——————————————————————————–

10. Change your mindset
Rather than talking about yourself and constantly thinking “What can this person do for me?” re-frame the experience completely. Make it a goal to meet cool people, and help them in anyway possible through your business or contacts, and develop long lasting friendships. The benefits, even though they may be months or years down the line, will follow.

— Matt Mickiewicz, 99designs
——————————————————————————–

11. What is your desired outcome?
Be intentional about networking. Entrepreneurs don’t have time or patience for small talk. We want to dig into your soul and discover who you are within five minutes of meeting you. And we want you to do the same with us. Know what you want from each person you approach, and be forward about it. If they can’t or aren’t willing to help, say, “It was nice meeting you” and move on.

— Nicholas Tart, 14 Clicks
——————————————————————————–

12. It’s only the beginning
Remember when you step into the event, it’s only the beginning. The end goal (of the event) is not to ink a deal, but to put yourself in a position where you can connect with that person again at a less crowded, less noisy future date. That means you have to follow-up and keep showing up. Be of a service mind set. Listen to their story and think about who in your network they should meet.

— Michael Bruny, runthepoint.com
——————————————————————————–

13. Be something memorable
Part of creating your personal brand is coming up with that “thing” that makes people remember you. When networking you want it to be the same way. Maybe it’s the tie you wear or the sneakers with the suit. Or maybe it is a specific conversation you want to have. But just be you. Then when you follow up, you can have an instant conversation starter based on your memorable action or trait.

— Greg Rollett, Radically Ambitious
——————————————————————————–

14. Don’t think about networking at a networking event
The best way to create anything meaningful at an event is to cut off all thoughts that you’ll be “networking” with people. That will stress you out and make you nervous. Focus on being EXACTLY who you are, always offer a helpful suggestion to others (“have you thought of X to improve Y?”) and listen as much as you can. People love to talk about themselves so listening will get you in good books.

— Ishita Gupta, fearlessstories.com
——————————————————————————–

15. Introverts must be more creative
If you’re less of a face-to-face networker and more of an introvert, it’s difficult to make those one-on-one connections with others. That’s why you have to get creative to make an impact. Design a business card that demands attention, wear something memorable, or even do something out of the ordinary that will leave people talking.

— Logan Lenz, Endagon
——————————————————————————–

16. Get in the game
You can’t hit a home run from the bench. Be proactive and start conversations with others. Ask open-ended questions, people love nothing more than talking about themselves. Balance your time carefully between listening and talking. Most importantly, follow-up with the connections made to the transform an initial meeting to a long lasting business relationship.

— Anthony Saladino, Kitchen Cabinet Kings
——————————————————————————–

17. Follow up to get through
There are lot of great verbal seductionists out there, but the first and best way to separate talk from talent is follow up. Few people go the extra step to deliver on their promises or even just send a friendly note. The common story is getting “caught up” or having “no time.” But uncommon individuals makes time for networking with the understanding that action is more important than words.

18. It just takes one
For many people, networking events can be overwhelming. Letting yourself focus on just meeting one new person at an event can be enough, especially if you’re having difficulties making connections with everyone present. Ideally, you can check up on who will be at the next event beforehand, so you can choose that one perfect person, but even if you can’t, one good connection is worth your time.

19. Smile!
If you’re putting to much pressure on yourself to yield a specific outcome, you might rob yourself of an opportunity to have fun, practice the art of conversation and get to know people. Start with a smile! You’d be surprised at how far it takes you. From there, focus on asking the other person questions that get *them* to smile — it will leave a memorable mark and you’ll build real connections.

20. Attend events where you feel comfortable for the best networking results
It may be time to re-think where you spend your time. Networking can happen anywhere-I’ve met potential clients at grocery stores, photocopy centers, coffee shops and parties. Choose a few events such as a sports team or an arts group where you really enjoy yourself and then as you build relationships with people, you can naturally share with them about what you do.

21. Set a measurable goal
Instead of going into an event with the mere desire of “networking,” set a clear goal of what you’re hoping to achieve out of attending. Do you aim to meet three new people at the event? Do you want to connect with a certain type of individual? If you cannot come up with a measurable goal, perhaps the event is not worth your time.

22. Don’t try so hard
I hate it when I’m at an event and I meet someone who’s trying to sell me on something. I like meeting authentic people. Don’t worry too much about pitching your business at these events. Just meet and mingle, talk about whatever is interesting, and leave with a business card. That’s it.

23. Know whom to meet
Before each event look at the list of people attending and figure out who you want to meet. At small events you can easily find the organizer, if you know whom it is, who knows everyone and can continue to point you in the right direction. Even reach out beforehand via email or twitter so the first introduction isn’t as awkward.

24. Remember names
I’m terrible at remembering names, but if I practice before and after any event, I do a much better job next time I see the person and it leave an impression on them by simply calling them by their first name. I read somewhere this was George W. Bush’s secret to power and I have to tell you it works.  — Timothy Sykes, Millionaire Media LLC

“I have found that helping people to develop personal goals has proven to be the most effective way to help them cope with problems. Observing the lives of people who have mastered adversity, I have noted that they have established goals and sought with all their effort to achieve them. From the moment they decided to concentrate all their energies on a specific objective, they began to surmount the most difficult odds.”
