when the wrong people call USE Due Diligence

When The Bad Guys Come A Callin…run – run – run.  Do your due diligence so you know who and what to run from.  change….above!!!!

It never ceases to amaze me that those I consider to be highly educated find themselves on the wrong side of the law.  Not because they wilfully and openly committed a crime but because they bought a product or service which they thought would save them some money.  How can this happen to highly educated people who should be able to figure out if what they have become involved in is illegal.  The scam artists that perpetrated the scheme prey upon one of the human emotions called greed and exploit it to their own gain and usually the gains are large.  Whether you are a network marketer or a customer buying products or services Frustrated Network Marketer–When The Bad Guys Come A Callin… you need to be educated enough to know what to avoid.

Global Prosperity a company that managed to get 100’s of innocent people, including doctors and lawyers, involved in a tax fraud scheme which cost them jail time.  Even the highly educated can be conned into a scheme, without being aware of the legal implications, because the con men play on the emotion of greed. In this case most people don’t like paying taxes so the cons set up a realistic sounding and professionally presented way of being able to avoid paying taxes by convincing these people to use their tax evasion training which just happened to be illegal.  Doing research and asking the right people questions about this illegal training could have kept them out of trouble in the very beginning.

The top cons then tried to changed the name to Pinnacle Quest so they could continue with the scheme.  It appears that as the  cons get out of prison they are getting back into the scam business again.  As these top scammers and o few from Zeek rewards,  $850 million dollar Ponzi, got together to begin Elite Business Nation.  What chance that this will be a legitimate honest business with those that have started this up when you consider their track record?  Not a chance!

It appears that even the highly educated can get themselves into trouble if they don’t research the products/services of businesses before they get involved.  It is so important to do your research to keep yourself from being scammed and losing  your hard earned cash.  There has been suggestions that there will be a closer watch on the internet businesses by the FBI and more action will be taken to bring down the scammers.  It is also been stated that they will be looking at the distributors who are involved in these scams, most times the distributors are unaware they are involved in a scam, with the intention of bringing charges against them also.  So be aware or you could find yourself in a jail cell because you can’t plead ignorance to the fact you were promoting a scam without your knowledge.

10 Habits You Must Quit to Be Happy

PMA Added:

"Anytime you blame others and complain about your situation, you are choosing to be a victim. By playing the victim role you are putting yourself in an ineffective and weak position. It is virtually impossible to allow incredible miracles to enter your life when you choose to remain in this negative mental state." Sonia Ricotti Author and Speaker

10 Habits You Must Quit to Be Happy

When you quit doing the wrong things, you make more room for the things that make you happy.  So starting today…

1.  Quit procrastinating on your goals.

Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard at it.  Action and change are often resisted when they’re needed most.  Get a hold of yourself and have discipline.  Putting something off instantly makes it harder and scarier.  What we don’t start today won’t be finished by tomorrow.  And there’s nothing more stressful than the perpetual lingering of an unfinished task.

The secret to getting ahead is simply getting started.  Starting, all by itself, is usually sufficient to build enough momentum to keep the ball rolling.  So forget about the finish line and just concentrate on taking your first step.  Say to yourself, “I choose to start this task with a small, imperfect step.”  All those small steps will add up and you’ll actually get to see changes fairly quickly.  Read Getting Things Done.

2.  Quit blaming others and making excuses.

Stop blaming others for what you have or don’t have, or for what you feel or don’t feel.  When you blame others for what you’re going through, you deny responsibility and perpetuate the problem.  Stop giving your power away and start taking responsibility for your life.  Blaming is just another sorry excuse, and making excuses is the first step towards failure; you and only you are responsible for your life choices and decisions.

3.  Quit trying to avoid change.

If nothing ever changed there would be no sunrise the next morning.  Most of us are comfortable where we are even though the whole universe is constantly changing around us.  Learning to accept this is vital to our happiness and general success.  Because only when we change, do we grow, and begin to see a world we never knew was possible.

And don’t forget, however good or bad a situation is now, it will change.  That’s the one thing you can count on.  So embrace it, and realize that change happens for a reason.  It won’t always be easy or obvious at first, but in the end it will be worth it.

4.  Quit trying to control the uncontrollable.

If you try to control everything, and then worry about the things you can’t control, you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of frustration and misery.

Some forces are out of your control, but you can control how you react to things.  Everyone’s life has positive and negative aspects – whether you’re happy or not depends greatly on which aspects you focus on.  The best thing you can do is to let go of what you can’t control, and invest your energy in the things you can – like your attitude.

5.  Quit talking down to yourself.

Nothing will bring you down quicker than berating yourself.  The mind is a superb instrument if used right, but when used incorrectly, it becomes very destructive.  Be aware of your mental self-talk.  We all talk silently to ourselves in our heads, but we aren’t always conscious of what we’re saying or how it’s affecting us.

As Henry Ford once stated, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.”  One of the major causes of why we fail is due to self-doubt and negative self-talk.  The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful.  Listen to your self-talk and replace negative thoughts with positive ones, over time you will change the trajectory of your life.  Read The How of Happiness.

6.  Quit criticizing others.

The negativity you bleed out toward others will gradually cripple your own happiness.  When you truly feel comfortable with your own imperfections, you won’t feel threatened or offended by the imperfections you see in other people.

So stop worrying about the flaws you see in everyone else, and focus on yourself.  Let the constant growth and improvement in your own life keep you so busy that you have no time left to criticize others.

7.  Quit running from your problems and fears.

Trust me, if everyone threw their problems in a pile for you to see, you would grab yours back.  Tackle your problems and fears swiftly, don’t run away from them.  The best solution is to face them head on no matter how powerful they may seem.

Fears, in particularly, stop you from taking chances and making decisions.  They keep you confined to just the small space where you feel completely comfortable.  But your life’s story is simply the culmination of many small, unique experiences, many of which require you to stretch your comfort zone.  Letting your fears and worries control you is not ‘living,’ it’s merely existing.

Bottom line:  Either you own your problems and fears, or they will ultimately own you.

8.  Quit living in another time and place.

Some people spend their entire lives trying to live in another time and place.  They lament about what has been, what they could have done, or what might become.  However, the past is gone, and the future doesn’t exist.  No matter how much time we spend thinking and lamenting about either, it doesn’t change anything.

One of life’s sharpest paradoxes is that our brightest future hinges on our ability to pay attention to what we’re doing right now, today.

We need to live more in the moment.  Living in the moment requires active, open, intentional awareness on the present.  Don’t fantasize about being on vacation while at work, and don’t worry about the work piling up on your desk when you’re on vacation.  Live for now.  Notice the beauty unfolding around you.

9.  Quit trying to be someone you’re not.

One of the greatest challenges in life is being yourself in a world that’s trying to make you like everyone else.  Someone will always be prettier, someone will always be smarter, someone will always be younger, but they will never be you.  Don’t change so people will like you.  Be yourself and the right people will love you, and you’ll love yourself more too.  The Road Less Traveled.

10.  Quit being ungrateful.

Not all the puzzle pieces of life will seem to fit together at first, but in time you’ll realize they do, perfectly.  So thank the things that didn’t work out, because they just made room for the things that will.  And thank the ones who walked away from you, because they just made room for the ones who won’t.

No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life.  Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.  Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.

Thinking about Making Purchases? Beware of the following mistakes I have made.

Your life is a learning process – you can only become wiser from learning. Sometimes you might have to attract making a painful mistake to learn something important, but after the mistake you have far greater wisdom. Wisdom cannot be bought with money – it can only be acquired through living life. With wisdom comes: strength, courage, knowing, and an ever-increasing peace. May the joy be with you, Rhonda Byrne

Thinking about Making Purchases? Beware of the following mistakes I have made.

When one has to be careful of what is and has been made available, for us! The world over! No matter what you intend to purchase, use of hope to benefit from, read and be a more careful person than I have been, no matter one’s age or experiences in life. I hope you will benefit even though I have decided to do this now rather late, and embarrassed.

I am sending this message out via my blog to all readers and hope you will benefit from my mistakes and trust in what is and has been made available to all of us. I maybe putting myself on the line, but do not care, just beware!

1) I made a purchase of time share when I was in the armed forces, after a while I did not use them and tried to get my money back, silly; I know and failed. Now even today I get companies trying to sell them for me or even buy more!! (I am on the Telephone Preference Service! Otherwise known as the TPS system, that is not very good either)

2) I then made another mistake by purchasing a holiday home come share in a company that failed me and refused to return money spent (over £20,000) I could not use this set up for a while due to injuries while serving in the armed forces, that constantly needed repairing. After 2 years of No Holidays and having to pay the annual “Management Fee” of £800.00 I gave up under the threat of going to court for not paying the annual fee anymore! Even though they owed me 3 years holidays as I had paid them! Mistake was giving in but after the previous error I did make the mistake of just sending the certificate back instead of taking them to court myself!! A lot of money lost and faith in humanity!!! So do not even consider this company (even now I realise the prices are to the extreme) it is “Club Lacosta” they run apartments worldwide with the banking system in the channel Islands so escape our tax and Laws in the UK, (not that the government is concerned regards Support for errors and false companies). Never, Never buy from them, no matter what they say and offer! One company did make a promise to help and failed, perhaps they managed to retrieve my money and kept it, who knows as I never heard from them again..

3) The Daily Mail and Sunday mail news paper. Two months ago I found a what I thought was a great advert, often via the club site where one puts in the codes from the back of the paper to get points and eventually savings, ok! The advert was for face creams, I thought my wife would like and those were a payment offer but one hopes of value! I paid a little over £23.00 for them by (first mistake) filling in the form with bank details… Never again!! But the purchase came with other offers “Samples” No mention of a time or pay up, if there was it was in the smallest print ever! Then my new bank made payments of 2 lots of £ 80.00+ and still no “Other products appeared” I complained to the bank with the threat of legal action and there fraud department actually gave me the phone numbers of the THREE Companies that they know of, and they are at number “4” The fraud department seems not to take action about these companies either, do they really care about their customers? (2 months later they refunded those payments) But it came to light via an earlier text asking if I had agreed to the following payment (of course not) this was to a company under the name of: (remember I paid one company yet these crooks seem to work out of the same office, they must be!!The worst of this is that the press did not care and blamed the one company provider, this ended up with the following companies that ripped me off: Remember the advert did not say the companies names and the paper work does not match.

4) The one my bank checked on and cancelled was (via a text) “MAS* ELLEDERMA.COM” Why did they not stop the others? the others that ripped me off are: Stemalogica, Beauty & Truth. The paper work has nothing to do with the one paid for and no mention of a high price (each on expected over £90.00) for products one can get better products from shopping around. We now use local stores as before and very satisfied with the products. I have learned to stay away from one advert!  I am sure Ellederma products are available locally to you and I do know they are good but not purchased by this route. The others I have no idea of or about.

5) I now await some replies from these people and companies; you may be visiting me in prison. (If they dare, especially those that owe me money or products) Just be very careful of adverts.

6) I will let you know which prison I may be in, if a computer is available.. Good bye and beware.  Yes I am annoyed but partially my own fault for being naive? or too honest.

If I could share 500 words of wisdom to summarize what I’ve learned so far in life, these are the important things I’d want to pass along to others…

Make the most out of every day; you are not going to get a do-over. When you look in the mirror, there is the CEO of your life. It’s not your boss, spouse, friends, and parents–it’s you. So ultimately we have no one to blame for our mistakes, failures, and shortcomings other than ourselves.

At some point, we all experience hardships and personal catastrophes. You can keep moving forward if you decide to do so.

Pick a career that centers on work you enjoy. Then it becomes play instead of work. On average you are going to work for 60 or 70 years, so do things that really excite you. You will then naturally use your innate talents to the fullest. Every endeavor and career has hard times and challenges. Learn to hang in there, persist, and be determined.

It’s useful to have goals that you write down, measure and revise over time. Segment your life into easily definable components like: family; career; education; professional development; religious activity; social; community service; financial; and physical activity. Make sure that you invest sufficient time and effort in each to make yourself a rounded person. The Greeks had it right: balance is the key to a good life.

Family is naturally the most important human relationship. Find a life partner who you connect with on multiple levels. I’ve been lucky to have such a relationship for three decades. Your spouse and a healthy relationship are the most important factors in raising children who become fully functioning adults. The goal there is to get them to adulthood as confident, competent, and independent adults who have roots and wings.

Sir Isaac Newton said, "I stand on the shoulders of giants." Certainly I feel the same. My parents, siblings, friends, teachers, and business colleagues all have combined to encourage me to use may talents to the fullest. Early on, I decided that studying successful role models and trying to copy them for myself was vastly superior to going at it alone or studying failure. Ask yourself: Whose shoulders do I stand on? And, who stands on yours?

For me, the most positive, uplifting and realistic philosophy and approach to life is Christianity. Have you ever been to a funeral, looked at the grave, and felt the hopelessness and powerlessness of our human condition? I say make Blaise Pascal’s wager. It posits that there’s more to be gained from wagering on the existence of God than from choosing atheism, and that a rational person should live as though God exists, even though the truth of the matter cannot actually be known until you die.

In conclusion, your life can be an awesome experience, but bear in mind it’s a do-it-yourself project.

7 Positive Affirmations to Power You Through 2016

The Abundance Project

I used to roll my eyes when people would tell me that positive affirmations are the key to enjoying a happy, successful and abundant life. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the power of positive thinking because I’ve used it in my life, but looking in the mirror and speaking positive words to myself always seemed a little far-fetched to me.

When Positive Affirmations Made all the Difference

One day, not too long ago, I was feeling the weight of all the problems in my life. I’ve always been able to keep the big picture in mind when I’m passing through a trial, but for some reason I couldn’t shake my feelings of inadequacy, shame, and low self-esteem on that particular day. After exhausting all of my energy to try and get over the hump, I finally remembered the one thing that everyone told me to do when I couldn’t see a way out—speak positive affirmations.

Over the next few days and weeks I spoke a series of positive affirmations to myself, and over time I felt the weight slowly lift from my shoulders. My problems were still there and I couldn’t avoid them, but suddenly I felt more capable of handling them, and most importantly, my confidence and motivation were restored.

The beginning of the year is the perfect time to try new things that may make your life better, and for 2016, I want to challenge all of you to incorporate these 7 positive affirmations into your life. These affirmations have made a huge difference for me, and I’m certain they can do the same for you. Let’s make 2016 your most positive year yet!

#1: Everyday I’m Moving Closer to my Dreams

Though the road to achieving your dreams is a journey, keep in mind that every time you’re putting in the work and believing good things will come, you’re moving one step closer to your dreams. Always remember that.

#2: I’m in Love With who I am as a Person

The most common problem most of us face today is not loving ourselves enough. If you want to live a positive life and achieve your dreams of success and abundance, you need to be comfortable in your own shoes and have an appreciation for your own self-worth.

#3: Everyday I Wake up With a Purpose

The key to keeping your motivation high and staying on track when times get difficult is to remember what your purpose is. As long as you have a strong purpose, you will never give up or give in to negativity and discouragement.

#4: Today I Will Create Amazing Memories

Even if things are not going so well in your life, take the change to seize every opportunity to make a new memory. There is no better time than the beginning of the year to make amazing memories!

#5: I am Powerful Beyond Measure

Each one of us is blessed with a set of unique gifts and talents. It’s your job to make sure you take full advantage of them. Each day, remind yourself that you are powerful and capable of achieving all of your dreams and desires.

#6: I am Improving Every day

We all make mistakes and are subject to failure, but even if you fall from time to time, every day is a new chance to get up and begin anew. Just make it a goal to be better than you were yesterday and you’ll be on the right track.

#7: I am Blessed in so Many Ways

How often do you actually take a step back and reflect on all of your blessings? If you haven’t spent sufficient time counting your blessings in the past, make a change this year. Each day, list out 5-10 blessings that you are grateful for, and challenge yourself to keep it in your mind throughout the week. Practicing gratitude is truly the pathway to abundance.

I never see failure as failure, but as the path I will not take in the further journey towards my greatness.
